Hello friends.
According to my malgraph, I have finished 92 romance titles (probably not shows, probably includes like ovas/random stuff), which means I am 8 titles away from reaching Level 3 Romance tier.
I am very interesting in getting this achievement, and so I implore the good people of this thread to provide me 8 romance anime that I might enjoy.

As far as the recommendation chart above is concerned, looked over it already and I'm either reading it, finished it, or plan on watching it/reading it, so try not to recommend something unless you really think I should prioritize it over others.

putting the hate aside lol hmm that's a lot of romance anime znf .. I recommend Maison Ikkoku since it's not listed on your MAL. It's decent pretty sure about this one.
The setting and the style of the show is similar to Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou. And the MC and the female lead doesn't suffer from the "this is what i really feel but i don't do anything about it".
You're ok with old anime right ? and it's kinda long 90 episodes i think

Hmmm well you have an option to not binge watch it.
You can really just watch a episode a day of maison ikkoku. I am also doing the same. The show is episodic so it's fine.
Seriously I can't think of anything to recommend after seeing your MAL list aside from this .. i don't even think you really like anything at all .. lol peace :D
It has a sort of slow start znf so please exude patience with it but i can assure you it's really good. Of course it has not really that impressive episodes since it's a really long show but the charm of the show that i noticed that every other rom-com anime that i have seen that does not have it is that the show some of really funny episodes.
And it's not the normal funny it's the unforced natural funny which you really rarely see. Everything else about the show is ok. For a really long show i think it's great.

do you want me to make a list of things as cancerous as possible that are still considered romance for whatever reason? I spend a little time browsing MAL after realizing Mekaku city actors is romance lol.
Even Mahouka is romance, which on the one hand makes a lot of sense because... well you know. On the other hand any romance that they are referring to is bound to either end on a nice, frozen boat or with the show being cancelled because of incest.

I don't think anyone really dislikes everything. I believe even those who usually state "your taste is shit" or "those type of anime is shit" has some hidden guilty pleasure that they usually just don't admit it.
@znf : this will be my final endorsement of the show since i feel like the show doesn't really get much love compared to the new rom-coms and which are arguably more inferior despite Maison Ikkoku sort of being more slower paced
don't worry MC's of this show are the typical chickens that you find in most romance anime .. they actually do something and set aside their fucking pride which apparently most anime romance anime MC's can't fucking do. (i think this show is part of the reason why whenever i watch a romance show for romance is that i always ask if something actually happens :D)
i think it's one of the better ones to the point that i experienced it a multiple times that i choose to watch maison ikkoku episode than watching most of the other newer rom-coms new episodes since most of them doesn't really satisfy me .. i'd rather watch this slower paced show(whether it be dialouge or animation or whatever i can't really pinpoint why i feel it's slow paced) than most romance show rofl

Koi kaze is the only legit show on the list. The subject matter makes it kinda troll though. I used to read kaichou. And then the milking started. Diabolik lovers is otome shit. Tsukihime is manfaces and butchery (in many ways).
Also the ef rec stands.
