The lesson that we were taught from Archer-ko and Mahou Shoujo Ilya is that we can't have Ilya play the protagonist to anything. She'd just overshadow the rest of the Fate universe.

There is also another lesson in that SAO is the cancer that destroys everything good, but I have no idea who can actually make that connection besides like Uta and maybe scansEU.

I've seen Fate/zero and 2nd season as well as Fate/Stay night they're both good, although zero was much better than stay night. Fate/Kaleid is a spinoff, and completely unrelated to other works, besides sharing characters and some very basic setting stuff.

Chronologically, it goes F/Z->FSN->FHA. Or something like that.

Obligatory FSN anime sucks, and the FSN VN was much better comment.

as compared to Fate/Zero i'll agree to this..but it wasn't terrible.

It is terrible because it took three routes of the VN and mashed them together. At best, it doesn't make sense. At worst, it defeats the whole point of some routes.

maybe, but i don't read the VN's so it doesnt matter to me? I only watch the anime

F/SN Manga actually pretty good, and a suitable replacement for VN if you don't want bother (much better art for sure).

F/HA is just a mix of mini story with a loose storyline that doesn't make much sense. Fun OVA but not series worthy.

lol you guys. It doesnt matter to me b/c it was easy enough to follow even though it was like you said a 3-way train wreck. Maybe a more in depth working of each route would have been better, but it was enough the way it was for me to enjoy it.

S1 of Fate Ilya sucked anyway lol, everything good is from S2 and on. They did a decent job with the fights in s1 though

F/HA would've been glorious if just for Caren being awesome. She was the Kohaku that I needed from the Fate universe ;;

I don't know why anyone would have been hyped for Tokyo ESP to be honest. Yea lets copy like half the X-Men and have them fight guys with guns... yeah. Cool ga-rei zero cameos though. I guess the source material is a lot better or something?
