I agree with the Flag anime too, the 1st episode is pretty weak when compared to the ones after. Nothing especially great though.
funny how that Apollo guy just fell in love with her right then and there lol. I do have to admit that I like Hades' design though the rest can be designed a bit better and such.
Not as godly as how episode 17 portrayed the manga but still good nontheless. Just disappointed since this was my favorite out of all nisekoi mini stories.
Kirisaki so obvious .. and kosaki is a tryhard like EE :D
If only raku wasn't stupid when every girl is YOLOING on him.
not a bad episode imo. I would've loved to see the play though. It was a bit disappointing to see Onodera not play Juliet though. I mean, yes, they want Kirisaki to win in the end it seems but imagine if Onodera ended up playing it with Kirisaki coming in right when the play starts to see her tell Raku right there that she loves him (as Juliet). Would've been a powerful scene, made it great for Onodera and her fans and recharged Kirisaki. Either way, glad that they worked things out and ya, Raku can be very dense at times lol. At least Onodera found out about the picture now so it will keep the love triangle going :D
Hope we get a season 2 for Nisekoi. Would be disappointing to see it not get one considering Hitsugi no Chaika got one!
Oh no don't worry the love triangle is strong even in the present manga episode Bigfan. Of course the blonde monkey will obviously win if nisekoi will follow the normal process of rom-com manga. And somebody is about to get the short end of the stick at the end of this arc.

I had expected some super weird unicorn newtype god flying on a rainbow off into the horizon for an ending, but thankfully they went the semi-sane route, and had just other newtype craziness. The scene where Full Frontal and Banager are flying back through time was a nice touch, although weird. Was nice to see scenes from CCA and the original Gundam in that part, like the RX-78-2 killing the Big Zam.
Those Shield Funnels were OP. Indefinitely flying around, each one with an I-field, each one with two Beam Gatling guns, and above all else, fucking immortal. I swear those shield funnels must have gotten destroyed at least twice each, but there they are at the end, helping shield from the Gryps Laser.
I was pleasantly surprised they actually repaired the Gryps Laser. Or maybe they build a whole new one, since they called it Grpys 2. IDK.
Lots of ZZ Gundam Zeon suits in this. Saw a Zaku III, and some of those... transformable Neo Zeon things, I forget what they are called.
Purus are never allowed to live, apparently. However, Kshatriya was still cool, but I don't like how they just killed it. Ksha-chan didn't deserve that. It had a hard life. Fuck Riddhe.
Char and Amuro were both effectively confirmed dead. Their Newtype Ghosts, along with Lalah, showed up to troll Full Frontal.
They handled what was inside Laplace's Box fairly well. That thing had the potential for so much Zeon-wankery, but they tried to keep that sort of wankery to a minimum.
I enjoyed Bright's role in the whole thing, although part of me wishes the Ra Calium had taken part in the actual battle, just so we could have seen those Jestas get an actual battle.
Anndd... Thats it for my thoughts. Gundam Unicorn, 8/10.
For some reason I didn't end up hating Riddhe, despite liking Marida a lot. Maybe because I already knew she would die, idk. Neo Zeong was cool at the start with all of the mind control stuff and the fight against the silver bullet, but apart from the time travel shenanigans it was kind of disappointing in that fight. The Unicorn was insane though, karate chops and ripping it apart lol.
Some of the grunt fights were exciting, and suddenly it ended by getting the unicorn FA booster in the face. How anticlimactic.

I found the whole crane style poking to be quite funny really, I'd never expect that and while I did enjoy the time travel I'd agree just disintegrating into scrap was a bit of a let down.
also I think they repaired Gryps laser and not not build a new one, I don't think a colony sized laser built from scratch would be easy to hide.
Marida's death made me shed a tear, even though I knew it was going to happen, I just...you know it still hit like a brick, fuck you Riddhe.

Out of curiosity, what's wrong with 2007 animation?

2007 was a year with a lot of earthquakes in japan, resulting in a lot of wobbly linework.
