Not much there, but it's very pretty. Pretty healing? I'm watching it, but I tend to watch alot of boring shows that most people don't like

The good moments started to happen more often after episode 01 though. Mangakasan ep01 was really good, after that still decentish but no "omg this show is amazing" material at all. Hayamin is good, as was expected, the MC is really good, the jokes are stupid in a funny way if you can stand it but the three other girls just aren't anywhere near on the level of Hayamin/MC. When I try to remember what I like about it, what comes to my mind first is reaction faces and they're good but not much else to it really. It's worth the 10 minutes per episode though. Probably wouldn't be able to stand it in 20 minute formate. Hayamin best girl. Best girl always loses! ![]() On May 02 2014 15:31 Emnjay808 wrote: I was just teasing BigFan. lol I noticed XD On May 02 2014 22:38 ragz_gt wrote: Eca (and whoever else read Oishinbo here): http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-05-02/oishinbo-manga-depiction-of-fukushima-radiation-effects-criticized They often throw in some political stuff in there, but don't think I've heard complains before. It does look good in some way. I can't stand the eyes animation for some reason... looks really glossy / girlish for me and it freaks me out. All in all one of the worsts things I'm watching (but not bad enough to drop it, I've still rated it 6/10 right now, this season is just too good) and if you don't really crave an anime-fix you probably don't need to watch it. Rather spend time on Bakemonogatari or Kamigami no Asobi ~Ludere deorum~, which is airing this season as well. Also Mekaku City Actors, because you said you didn't watch it, should be a lot higher on your priority lists. You'll know really fast if you like it or not and from there you just decide wether you continue watching or not because it's really hit or miss and it's super easy to figure out which one it is. It doesn't seem to be particularly... strong on the plot but it looks fricking amazing (style in general, the execution not so much as I said about the last episode but it's okay) and has the best character this season has to offer (Ene). And it's different enough (usual shaft thing about being confusing / animation) to be enjoyable just based on that, even if you'd be watching animated gravel.

Witch Craft Works was a 1 cour in winter. The rest was pretty meh. Maybe Kill La Kill if that's your kind of show. Hoozuki no Reitetsu probably worth a check as well. I haven't actually seen Silverspoon yet despite everyone praising that show so maybe that too, it was pretty well recieved in here. I have yet to finish Chuu2, despite it being over for the last 5 weeks or so? That's kind of telling lol

Nanana ep 4 was a clusterfuck. As far as I'm concerned, the mc is Touma without the punching bit. In other words, pretty shit. Loli detective has some amusing parts at least, even if her genius is all handwaving by the author. The only other character I'm still ok with is Nanana herself, and I wonder how much of that is due to lack of screentime.
