Have you read Trigun/Trigun Maximum? I often vie for it, but the manga version really is quite brilliant and sounds like it'd be up your alley. Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer is another one you'd probably like. A perennial favorite of mine, though apparently some people find it hit or miss. I'm in the former camp, obviously. Absurdist in some parts, action heavy in others, with a case of the feels in a few places. Medaka Box got a bit dumb at the end but it's fairly enjoyable for the most part. I didn't finish the anime so I don't know how closely they line up, but it's worth reading just for Kumagawa. Angel Densetsu is more focused on the comedy/characters than the action, but is a good read. Very fun and heartfelt, with a MC that you can't help but like. Negima is always a fantastic pick. You may not like the beginning (starts out pretty SoL-ish with a harem feeling), but it gets very action-y a few arcs in. Also Akamatsu is one of my faves so yeah. That's what comes off the top of my head for completed-action-comedy, other than FMA (which seems too obvious and you've probably read). Other favorite completed manga that don't necessarily meet the criteria include: Onani Master Kurosawa Molester Man Bakuman Mirai Nikki Deadman Wonderland Psyren (Considered listing above, not as comedy focused. Has funny moments and characters though) I could probably think of more finished ones if I had the time. | ||

So he just started slowly shifting it and then throwing in harem comedy or a bath scene when they said something. Yeah Kenshin is pretty great. It sounds like you've read a lot of the things that're going to get recommended, if you're looking for something new and "under the radar", try going to a manga reader site and picking something random. Filter by hits/rating and then find something you haven't read. While popular opinion isn't the best thing to go off of, it's a start. | ||

Sora no Otoshimono was also pretty funny and had the actions. Harem/Ecchi though and a lot of the humor is centered on the MC's perverted nature. | ||
