Personally I think the entire cast is terrible. Though that's more due to the author's inability to develop characters and instead just introduce new ones as opposed to me disliking them from the start.

Yeah characters are pretty lame but i guess that's the best we could get besides there are only very few romcom's that actually have character development. Hell very few shows could pull off character development well so i guess its the best we could get and we should just be satisfied with it.

Finished a Certain Magical Index. Some of the arcs were good and others were lackluster. There only seemed to be a general connecting of the arcs together and no overarching plot. The characters were generally fine, though Index really seemed to take a back seat for a good chunk of the show which seemed weird, considering the supposed importance of her (and how the sorcerers just said fuck it and left her alone). I hope they go deeper into some of the background things more in S2 (though I guess I am supposed to watch Railgun S1 1st which is a side/parallel story?)

For sure you will like the manga BigFan. Kirisaki will never be better than onodera unless she surpasses senjougahara in tsundering or Haruhi's eccentricity or Yuno's craziness or Shizuku in being a ice queen Onodera will always be better.
