I haven't watched some of those animes so can't comment on some categories but I agree with WA2 for best romance(Sakurasou no Pet is a bit weird to have for a mention but I can't deny it had some romance in it lol) and Little Busters Refrain for drama and mystery. They played the cards right when they talked about the secret of the world but never fully told us what it is. The reveal was quite shocking to say the least. I don't think I've watched an anime this year that had better mystery than Little Busters Refrain. Had a laugh at exceeded expectations for Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio - Ars Nova. Seemed to me like it exceeded his expectations for CGI mostly lol. | ||

Some animes aim for that experience though. Little Busters had an emotional rollercoaster if you've watched it(not sure if you have) but it's understandable and gets you to appreciate the sacrifices that were made. I'm becoming even more curious how SD is fucked up lol. | ||
