I'm mad I even started this now, waste of time. All the signs of the impending trainwreck were there. All you had to do was look. But that defeats the point of trying to avert our eyes from it!
But yeah impending trainwreck signs is more like a slow motion video of it going for the last hundred+ chapters.

Well, Nerawareta Gakuen is an anime with a lot of flare.

I'd like to forget what it has become.

The last hundred of chapters were ship indeed... + Show Spoiler +the survival was completely removed when they could "revive" people. The best parts were probably the game/survival during Gantz first arcs

Valvrave: + Show Spoiler +Sharing this from /m/. More reasons why this show can't be taken seriously with its atrocious writing: ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/vMOWQ2L.jpg) And amusingly, someone on replied to this picture saying "Well, if hes anything like his daughter, they just need to look for the magical car he is hiding in." lol

Magi manga, finally get to good part?
|
Just saw Oreimo 12. Kipsate, from 1-10, how much did you enjoy that episode?)) Ushio I think expressed a fondness for Ayase too.. Ecael pops in my mind as well when thinking about this for some reason.
+ Show Spoiler +I have to say, I've started really liking her after this episode. I usually hate violence used as a gag and despite the fact that the "abuse him for 26 episodes then suddenly go full dere in one episode" felt a little cheap at first, I think it was handled pretty nicely in the end. I think I still like Kuroneko a little better, and I have to say that I'm a little sad that we didn't get an Ayase end. It really looks like it's going to end like the novels now.
Also, anyone not watching HxH right now is really missing out. It's marvelously excellent.
I feel a little bad about missing all the yahari discussion here, even though I read and talked about it a lot on a, but I think it's my second favorite show that's currently airing. While I don't think what 8man did was correct, it was a really special way to solve the problem and in that situation probably also the only one. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Yahari really feels like a breath of fresh air and 8man is great

Sooo Gantz finally ended (I think?). Started out pretty epically with the whole "I have no idea what's going on but I want to know, it's awesome, and people actually DIE (and extremely gruesomely to boot)" and ended pretty up meh imo but whatever. Pretty long series, makes you wonder how some other lengthy ones will end.
|
Probably because I've been fanboying her ever since she got introduced? lol
The author is shit, he just stumbled upon Ayase purely by accident and couldn't figure out what to do with her for like 2+ years. After that though he did manage to get pretty good use out of her without fucking with the initial settings too much. Well, I guess the yandere level kicked up a fair bit but it wasn't really something to cry about. About her dere, she went pretty dere when she was first introduced, so the development didn't feel too random either.
It also really doesn't hurt that the first psp game had the most hilarious end where she goes full yandere and NTRs Kirino from everyone.
|
My memory is shit, I tend to only remember feelings. How did you like the last (2) episode(s)?
|
I was happy to get Ayase screen time, in general the show has somehow been pretty good with Ayase so as long as she got screentime things go right. Until they decide to just randomly axe the materials they have anyway. Besides, it is oreimo, it isn't really like the source has much in the ways of things that I'd be anal about as long as they actually show things. Only thing from this season that I actually nitpick at is like, oreseishun lol.
|
Does that mean that you think Oreimo is better than Yahari?
|
No it means that I have expectations for the latter, enough to actually nitpick instead of go "lol long as I see Ayase".

I think Hentai Ouji is turning me into a lolicon.
Ive never seen such cute little girls............ ....... ............

Just know that Tsukiko is exactly as old as Yukino
All in all I enjoyed all LN lovecoms (henneko, yahari seishun, hataraku maou, nyaruko) except OreImo (since I still haven't watch first season, or read the novel yet) this season.

Probably during the first set of revivals.. The idea of using it as a revival tool wasn't a bad thing. I mean, it brought a lot of interesting ideas and situations up, but once they started to use it as a "no one ever dies and the good guys can always revive" tool, I was just... eh. And then we had like 30 chapters of side characters who existed entirely to be killed off later... why?
So much goddamn potential, so much room to explore humanism, power struggles, what people truly care about, etc, but then this. I was really expecting the last couple chapters to at least be good, but it was just like "good guys win bad guys lose, congratulations!"
Can only hope Deadman Wonderland finale will be better. The last couple chapters have been relatively good, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
