I liked most of the characters; side chars generally better, but I didn't find the trio unbearable. Maybe a little but hardly anythign excessive... Baccano on the other hand... I mean I know I say this every single time the DRRR/Baccano convo comes up, but I still don't understand it at all. I thought Baccano was super boring and hated all the characters, but apparently I'm in the super minority opinion. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + the commander can't actually show himself because the disease he has is how they hideauze'd humanity (ie. he looks like a hideauze, and what separates him becomes the question to ponder). honestly though I expect urobachi to pull something much more mind-blowing (and non-cliche'd) than I can imagine. the shit they've pulled in the last few episodes was more interesting than psycho passes plot twists to me, so I'm hoping the season finishes as strong | ||
