Having seen both these movies and loved them, any more recommendations? Especially Summer Wars I liked, such a fun movie.

It's known as "The Endless Eight". Um. Explaining why would spoil the story. You're welcome to watch all of them and find out though. But after watching Ep 2 and then maybe the first 5 min of Ep 3 you'll figure out why. That's probably the best way to do it to get a feel for what it is without spoiling the story.

Ofc you can be a real trooper and watch all of them like a lot of us did.

Endless Eight. You can google it, but basically it's 1 episode over and over (with little differences). It's intentional, but many found it boring

If you take a look at the link, you'll notice episodes 2-9 have the exact same titles (not even differentiated with Roman numerals like the other arcs). It's definitely a sign of what to expect, also given the first word of that title. Anything more is probably spoilers.

Yar, and KyoAni got a lot of shit, a lot of laughs, and actually a lot of appreciation for what they decided to do. For what it's worth, they went through the trouble of reanimating and redubbing everything, and what have you, for every single episode.

But seriously, while some people liked it and while some people just laughed at the people who raged, there was a LOT of rage.

If I remember correctly, you definitely want to watch at least the first two episodes of the Endless Eight. Watching only the first one leaves some stuff out, I think.

I did, the actual eps were fine but was eager to move forward also.

BTW, watching Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari, somehow it took me until ep12 to realize that each ep is 45 min long...

I don't watch anime regularly but from time to time i like to watch some of the recommended stuff.

I just started Cowboby Bepop and after the first few episodes i'm not really hooked up. A lot of people seems to think that it's a must watch so i'm a little bit confused, maybe it's just not my style.

To give you and idea of what i liked, Death Note, Evangelion and Full Metal Brotherhood were great. I recently watched Ergo Proxy and Claymore and i thought it was decent too.

Cowboy Bebop has a lot of unconnected episodes and takes awhile to get going. At least watch the first five; if you aren't digging the style by then, you should probably drop it. For what it's worth, Bebop is one of my favorite animes and I also loved Death Note, Eva, and FMA.
