Lucky Star, people have differing opinions on it. If you like a slow-paced seinfield on crack with a bunch of references to other anime/manga series, watch it. School Rumble. So ****ing hilarious. WATCH IT. Question. I only like watching anime series that are done, so anyone recommend any from this Winter or Fall? Kimi ni Todoke - Slice of Life/Romance/Comedy. Very clean, very well done. Kobato - Adapted from a CLAMP manga, so if you like those, you'll like this one. It was really slow at the beginning, but it really picked up later on and suddenly got good. Dunno what happened Armed Librarians - I have NO idea what happened here either. The series got pretty good past the first half of the season. Railgun - If you liked Index (:/), then you'll like this one. I found the pacing to be the worst thing in the world, so when I watched it I cut out all the boring episodes :3 Nodame Cantibile Finale - Watch this. I'm working through the first two seasons right now, but from what I've heard it's damn good. From what I gather from the trailer I watched a while ago, it's beautifully done. Hidamari Sketch - If you like Lucky Star/first two seasons/funny faces, you'll like this one. Baka to Test - It ends on the 31st, so just put it off until like beginning of April I guess. Slice of Life/Comedy. No plot, but it's funny when it wants to be funny, and fail when it wants to be fail. Of course, there's probably tons of Hideyoshi fans in this thread that'll recommend it to you just for the Trap factor... Random trivia about him, I realized while looking at the Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi rankings that he ranked 1st in male characters and 10th in female characters... Sora no Woto - Very good. Only one problem... + Show Spoiler [Sora no Woto] + The ending =_= Horrible Mention: Ookami Kakushi - Higurashi knockoff that failed miserably. Watch it for the shits and giggles if you want. Edit: On March 29 2010 15:36 FragKrag wrote: I'm dling index right now :D /facepalm They're on par in terms of suckiness, just +/- 1 point. Read the light novels.

With Bakatest and kono light novel ga sugoi...well, that's the problem when it is vote based, at least without something retarded happening, he shouldn't win female for 2011. The character rankings are always weird though, at times it is clearly influenced by anime (2007~8? Haruhi? Really?), but at times it does reflect the actual trends in published works (2008~9, Touko-senpai!). No telling really. I'd laugh if Bungaku Shoujo manages to stay in relatively high position this year in spite of main storyline concluding in 2008 and everything since being short story and gaiden, just because the movie comes out.

On a different note, I'm just finishing up Ciel's route, and ran into this hilarious screen: + Show Spoiler + I can understand using repetition to emphasize something, but this is ridiculous.

Regardless, I certainly didn't read the same word 40 times. On a totally unrelated note, I wish they had more sane Nanaya Shiki in the story.

Try to learn Japanese to an extent :3. It's fun watching some discrepancies in fan subs and in actuality . I can already imagine and understand this. The Japanese written language seems like it would take a while to learn. I have a slight head start in the speaking language (what with its grammar being identical to and its sharing many cognates with Korean), but reading...T_T On March 30 2010 15:50 Carnivorous Sheep wrote: I am amused by Baka Test so much more than I should be.
