I thought it was much better than Index, although that's not a huge accomplishment. Really, this whole season was so disappointing for me. Next season doesn't look much better, but I'm hoping one of the shows will surprise me. | ||

Mark your calendars There was an interview with one of the original directors/producers who left Haruhi talking about the Endless 8. He said they could only make an absolute maximum of 3 episodes for the Endless 8 arc, but they didn't listen to him. Seriously, wtf is it with Haruhi that ropes in its fans and never lets go. When I stand back and try to compare it to similarly themed anime, the only really exceptional part is the original 6 episode arc of Melancholy. I hate how this new trailer is getting me so excited again. I almost feel guilty. | ||
