Chihayafuru Hunter X Hunter Mirrai Nikki plan to watch Fate/Zero
On a side note, I wish there was a S2 of Legend of Legendary Heroes =/ It would be nice, but apparently Legend of the Legendary Heroes didn't sell well, so its really doubtful.

I always say Love Hina, but it's not really a love story as much as a Harem. No Bra is a good one, Onani Master Kurosaway is.... different. But if you want straight up lovey-dovey goodness, it's gotta be Yandere Kanojo. So cute~~~ Chapter 25 of GE. Can't read with a straight face anymore. Hate when I can relate to the MC. No bra I already read. Same with Onani Master. Love Hina watched/read already too. Will check out Yandere Kanojo. Kimi no Iru Machi - most of the series is good, and then it goes downhill Mahou Sensei Negima - action + magical girls (n_n) + harem + fanservice = MSN. More action focused, but there is romance and it eventually becomes epic after chapter 50. Suzuka - sports romance manga Kaichou wa Maid-sama - very popular (iirc), really good read Mirai Nik-wait a second... I dont know what it is about Suzuka that just pissed me off to no end, I completed it because well yeah. I cant put my finger on it but I felt absolutely no sympathy for Suzuka at any point in the story, and I felt half sorry for the idiot Yamato. Actually less than half. And turned me of drama oriented romance for the longest time. Just lighthearted stuff is all I can stomach now.
Well, at least its shorter then KNIM. I like more drama-oriented-romances, is just interests me more. Occasionally, I do read shorter romances though.

Looking for some advice here. Around when F/SN was airing, I decided to not bother with it because the universe is massive. Now, though, I fell into the trap of watching F/Z and I like it. So my question is how much of the universe is relevant? Not knowing the plot, but having read a synopsis, SN is a sequel to Zero, but SN came out first, so should I wait until Zero is over and then watch the sequel or is there information that they are skipping in this prequel because it has already been gone over in SN? I'm not looking to fully dive into everything in the Universe, but I'd also like to get the most I can out of the story that I am currently enjoying.

Funny, that's the chart that told me to stay away.

Don't waste your time with TYPE-MOON shit. Just watch Fate/Zero.

Kind of like how onidere got drawn out and should've ended 50 chapters ago. It's nothing special, but if you're only in it for the cuteness lovey-dovey feeling, then it does have its moments. It's also comedy, so I guess it depends if you prefer that or not. I really liked Bitter Virgin. Pretty short read but very good imo.

Its best to just ignore Blasterion and Ferrose, especially the latter of the two.
Anyway, you don't need to know anything else for F/Z. Watching F/Z will spoiler a few elements of FSN, but thats it. It isn't at all related to the Tsukihime side or the KnK side. What the Holy Grail War is and such all gets explained in F/Z.
lol Ferrose is just echos how dumb he is, and Blasty links to a chart that has barely anything about F/Z on it...

Good Ending is like Kimi no iru machi except it's pretty much the same.

Watching it out of context of everything else, I didn't know how much of the mystery to some characters was actual mystery or "You've already seen this, we're not going to go over it again." Kind of like how the first dozen episodes of Brotherhood were rushed through with the assumption that you'd already seen it all in FMA.

Kimi to Boku, great anime, I love watching it, I just wish the main cast wasn't all guys, actually, I take that back Shun is the only reason why I watch it.

Well, it's one of those romantic moments that make you feel are bubbly and teary-eyed. n_n Better then that other girl doing something stupid and trolling us again though.

how can you guys still read KNIM?
after they got into university the manga went down the drain. Or did it get any better again?

Also, even though the Type-Moon Universe is big, it doesn't mean that everything is always relevant. The two big stories for it, Fate/Stay Night and Tsukihime are almost completely unrelated. You can read/understand Tsukihime just fine without FSN, and visa versa. Same with KnK.

The concept of the Grail War originated in Fate/Stay Night (which covered the 5th and final Grail War) - specifically the Heaven's Feel route, which is considered canon, and hasn't been animated. Fate/Zero, incidentally, deals with the 4th Grail War, taking place ~10 years before F/SN. The problem of course is that a lot of the Grail War information wasn't absolutely ironed out even when he wrote F/SN - a lot of what we know now came from his additional materials books where he really explored the concept more and fleshed out a lot of its little pieces. We also know a lot a bit about the 3rd Grail War due to Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, but now you're really getting deep into things as F/HA is essentially a "gaiden" to F/SN.
There are characters... or specifically, a character that comes up repeatedly in F/SN and F/Z whom you see in Kara no Kyoukai. She is more-or-less unmistakable, although you do have to pick up on the reference (they will reference her soon in F/Z). There is a character that ties Tsukihime to Kara no Kyoukai - she is far less subtle. There is a character that ties F/Z and F/SN to Tsukihime; this reference has already been made in the anime, but you lose and gain nothing from noticing it (or not). All that being said Tsukihime is far more related in the universe to Kara no Kyoukai and vice versa (many matching bloodlines), while Fate/X is very much on its own, being centered more around the mysterious magus lineages than the "monsters" that are spotlighted in Tsukihime.
If you want to gain context I'd really just recommend Kara no Kyoukai; it teaches you a lot about the Nasuverse, even if the movies cut a lot of the info out. It's a damn good movie series anyways. The explanation for Kiritsugu's gun for instance makes significantly more sense if you've seen KnK, as they go into far more detail regarding things there.
Ultimately though there's no real replacement for having read a lot of Nasu's outside compilations of notes and such, which is why you see like Eca and I rant and rave about rather miniscule things. He's a flawed writer; a lot of his detailed explanations simply don't come up in the works he's known for...

I just noticed, that the mod removed some of the choco banana videos on page 1641. XD

It kind of got better, but honestly I hate dropping manga that are over 100 chapters. Then it feels like I've wasted a lot of time.
