overall a good episode, maybe a bit too much talking for my liking. I am interested what will happen with Caster next and when Kiritsugu blew up that house my eyes went O_O

man this episode was so good, i especially lol'd at the part where Todoroki was talking about Inami's feelings towards Takanashi right behind Satou's back, and he was agreeing with everything she said. hahahahaha. too good... too good...

When you branch out into the novels that take place between series (Zentraedi Rebellion, Master's Gambit, Before the Invid Storm) you start getting mixed results. Before the Invid Storm, and the book that takes place after the series (End of the Circle) are particularly screwy. End of the Circle has been wiped out of canon now due to The Shadow Chronicles, the quality of that movie is questionable at best. Anyway, if you liked the novels, you would definitely like the series.

Anyway, if you liked the novels, you would definitely like the series. Which is better (or alternatively, which should I put first on my list to watch), Macross or Robotech? They both look interesting, but I don't know which to put higher on my list. First and foremost, Robotech is in english. It tecnically isn't a dub of Macross, but you can sort of think of it that way. Robotech was made up of 2 other shows in addition to Macross, and the 3 are re-edited in order to fit them into one continuous timeline (Macross happens, then Southern Cross, then Mospeada). The main changes from Macross to Robotech, are name changes (Western names in Robotech), certain things in their backstory (Zentraedi's origins mainly), and what happens afterwards. From what I've heard, Southern Cross in Robotech is an improvement from what the original was, and Mospeada is more or less unchanged from the original (outside name changes and tie-ins). Both have their merits.

But I know a couple of people who read it and say that it's really good. Some of the spoilers you guys post are really interesting. Depends if you like this type of manga. Mangafox has it labelled Comedy, Harem, Romance, School Life, Shounen, Supernatural. The manga has a bit of everything. A little suspense, a little humor, a little romance, a little supernatural etc. It doesn't really shine in any of those aspects but it has a nice mixture of them all. It's not serious and should not be taken as such. Just your average love comedy I guess, but in manga form. I personally find it fun to read and SB and KH on here read it too if I'm not mistaken.
