Lol, where'd you get that comic from?
I like tsunderes for some strange reason. Kagami, Rin, Kyou, etc, etc. Gets weirder though because my favourite anime character isn't one.
|
Kagami is probably the best character ever - but I don't really think she's the best tsundere :3 Agreed with kona, it -has- to be something voiced by rie kugimiya haha
most easily recognizable seiyuu

Some doujin probably, god knows there are too much kagami x konata stuff out there. Kugimiya is overrated, if she is the most recognizable seiyuu, it is by the virtue of having the same character archetype EVERY time.
Tsundere is a genre of the past, tsundora and tsundoro is where the future is at!

other than rie kugimiya, i've taken a liking for itou shizuka lately (hinagiku is <3), as well as liking yui horie more and more

Sakamoto Maaya, Noto Mamiko and Kawasumi Ayako dictate what I watch, though there are new talent that are quite interesting.
Even that didn't save Queen's Blade and Kanakon though, that's kind of impressive almost.

Oh dear God. The past 15 posts have been about tsunderes... QUICK CHANGE THE TOPIC!
Inuyasha Season 2! The damn thing is moving very fast. The voice actors changed I think... It needs to be longer than 26 episodes. I mean, + Show Spoiler [Inuyasha Season 2 Episode 1 Spoilers] +Hakudoushi has already been defeated.

For some reason, I have a hard time picking out Yui Horie's voice ._. I like most of the characters she's done (that I've seen in series) - looked her up yesterday to see who voiced Mihoko Fukuji from Saki (Kazekoshi's captain.)
Don't know why - I love her voice, but for some reason, I have a hard time identifying it. (which sounds really stupid, but meh~)
Itou Shizuka on the other hand is really easy to recognize haha. (because of Hinagiku) - knew she voiced Hisa from the first sentence :x
Just so I feel like I'm contributing instead of nodding along to everyone - a lot of the characters in Saki were names that I can put to voices fast =x Ami Koshimizu, Ono Daisuke (whose voice is, for lack of a better term, awesome), Fukuyama Jun (to name a few)
I overuse parentheses too much.

As I suspected...

Meh, I prefer Minoru's definition of tsundere. To me, the change over time is an essential part of being a tsundere. I don't think of Kagami as such, but she's a likable character.
Of course, Kinomoto Sakura is the Queen of All Things Moe, so...

Sakamoto Maaya is the stuff.

Oh, just wait until we get all saimoe up in here. :O

Isn't Inu Yasha season 2 like jumping right to the end or something?
Horie Yui's voice is pretty distinctive imo, then again, the same group of people tend to work together and get similar roles. You identify one and you get the rest with fair accuracy.
Fukuyama Jun has been slowing down a little lately it feels like? I think just a few seasons ago he literally has roles in practically everything airing.
Obzy, Bakemonogatari (and nisemonogatari) reference.

lol you're not alone
there were so many roles where I couldn't immediately identify her ~_~

Oh okay that'd explain why I don't get it =P Was gonna marathon Bakemonogatari either tomorrow or Monday - so obv haven't seen it yet.
@v - Ah- Thanks!

From Ecael Tsundora was used in bake for Hitagi Crab.
Tsundoro is a term coined by Araragi for Gahara-san in nisemonogatari. Tsundora comes from the seiyuu group Aice5, specifically Chiaki. In essence, it means to like break the atmosphere with a poor joke. I think a more literal translation would be to "freeze" the atmosphere.

I thought it was a direct translation of 'Tundra"
|
I thought it was Tundra too. I laughed so hard when I first heard it in Hayate no Gotoku.
|
Doesn't seem to rule out the interpretation?
Minor genres, all hail Gahara-san.
