Oda hasn't forgotten about Miss Valentine, he just made a variation to her and Mr. 5's fruit, and gave them to members of Doflamingo's crew (possibly to draw parallels). Whether he should be doing that is a different issue. | ||

Why does he say that? Miss valentine didn't say that when she plopped down. He says it because it's the shield on his back that's really heavy. He smashes the shield as well as himself onto the target. This is why he takes it off and holds it out in front of him when he's doing 10,000 ton attacks. He doesn't want to crush himself but he can pull off a 10 ton fall with minimal damage. So my theory still holds up in favor of "well it's just a stronger version of another fruit :^)" | ||

I was merely making an assumption on his powers worked to make them different from miss valentine because I think ODA is way too creative to create a ton ton fruit when he already has an kg kg fruit. Also just because opwiki (which is an amazing site) is a join effort doesn't make their "claim" more reliable than mine because they have the same facts to work with and as long as it isn't outright stated how Machvise's powers work, nobody can know. | ||
