Omg sick sick sick chapter. I love One Piece in that it doesn't have to be action TWENTY FOUR SEVEN and it's still amazing. I can honestly say I love the everyday activities as much as the action in One Piece. God I love One Piece. And I just noticed.......Mangastream deletes chapters after 4 chapters? What =( How do I reread things for fun.

If that was how it worked, Luffy wouldn't be getting hurt by punches from Garp/Raleigh/serpent sisters/etc. He'd just stretch and lawl at the attempt. Instead, he gets hit/hurt and mentions it specifically. It could be a difference in how their powers work, but from what we've seen so far it seems fairly safe to say that a haki imbued sword could cut Buggy.
Raleigh cut Kizaru's cheek the first time they were on Shaboady, right before Kuma starting ejecting them. Can't think of another good example of a haki weapon being used against a DF eater off the top of my head, beyond Aokiji bitching about fighting haki users when Whitebeard stabbed him and Aokiji presumably morphed his body around the spear to avoid it. Haki seems to be a weapon that works in devil fruits in general, not specifically logia only.
Buggy could technically separate his body to avoid sword swings even if it was haki/seastone, but let's be honest. Mihawk is faster.

Mangareader is good, as mentioned. Some of the early translations are pretty bad (Luffy called Rufi for awhile, other names messed up, etc.) and every now and then there's a page of a chapter that won't load and you have to skip it, but otherwise I think they have all the chapters.
When I first saw Perona I thought she might be joining, but after seeing a lot of the other teachers and/or people the crew spent time with I thought otherwise. Perona's eyes kinda bother me, but otherwise I wouldn't mind if she had actually joined. Definitely different than Nami/Robin. We'll see what Oda has in store.

i think it was a case of "buggy seperating his body to avoid sword swing"... i mean, if you look at mihawk's face, his expression is like "wtf is this shit", its all about the comical relief 
and i think what he meant about "buggy's DF to avoid swords" is, as you said, to avoid the sword itself. luffy can't make part of his head (the size of garp's fist) just stretch back while the rest stayed the same. he has to get momentum to do stretch (pistol etc.)
but hell this is a shonen manga, no need to hate on oda for not killing buggy off

Rufi is the original, the way its supposed to be. Ive grown to accept Luffy, years of reading online made som damage..
Anyways, everybody cant use Haki, and mihawk, alongside Zoro, might be one of them.
I mean, he hasn't shown any signs of it, and haki isnt a necessity 2 be one of the strongest.
The sword tecnuiqes seems to revovle around something else then Haki (diffrent variant of it?), zoro being able to cut metal, hes master being able to not cut a leaf etc.

Sorry to be a nitpicker, but Luffy's name wasn't supposed to be pronounced (or romanized) as "Rufi". Even if you go to the official Japanese website for the manga, they spell it out as "Luffy".

I mean, he does have fame now, all he need is strengh, and well, severall ppl has been fooled by him, and also, he might have actually trained.. and he does have resilience (he can take alot of blows, etc)

I think the odds are good that he was at least offered the Shichibukai position. Really, the Shichibukai mostly just use their fame as a deterrent against Pirates, and hes pretty famous now lol
And even if Buggy himself isn't powerful, all of those freed prisoners from Impel Down are.

I remember somewhere buggy said that his art is not complete, and once it is mastered he will be unstoppable. I'm guess it's ganna be something like splitting body up into parts the size of an atom and since he can move every part freely he can destroy others in the molecular scale! undefendable technique!

Or he can split on an even smaller scale than that and harness the Strong force to use as a weapon against enemies!

Wow, I haven't thought of Buggy being offered a Shichibukai seat. That would make the series really interesting as well as add some comic relief! They could be going to an island with the "new Shichibukai and it would be really epic foreshadowing and stuff like that and then all of a sudden you realize its buggy and then you lol.
And buggy and robin both have interestingly potential powers (robin duplicating, since she can already have floating eyes and stuff, wouldnt it be cool if she could duplicate off of a rock? (kagebunshin lol)
Also, the buggy + super small fast pieces would be awesome. Reminds me of (vegito vs. buu? xD)

Fanon is not canon, please people stop presenting own personal opinions as facts, you're not oda no matter how much you want to or believe you are.
He got a letter from a bat, my opinion is it was from moria not the world government. If the government wanted to contact buggy they'd send marines to meet him, not a letter from a bat, where as moria is the only character shown to have control over black bats. This along with the scenes we have seen regarding the other warlords and the way they have treated anyone to do with roger, shows that there would be a meeting with the other warlords (like with black beard) to disscuss who would be best suited for the position and that they'd probably want to kill him for being on rogers ship
Reading over it again galdino says its from the world government but it still strikes me as odd considering everything, i still think its not from the wg
