Slimey is made out of the gas from the bomb caeser made along time ago, he can reproduce slimey as much as he wants he only gave it the frog frog fruit for kicks probably or so it was sentient and could hide like Mr.4s gun/dog and the cypher douches sword/elephant whatever was in the candy was also something he manufactured he doesnt ahve to have slimey eat the candy he could just make a bomb that incorportated both chemicals or mixed he 2 chemicals before exploding | ||

The bag of apples being on the sled that brought the candy (and eventually breaking down as planned) is too coincidental. It probably doesn't have anything to do with Caeser's plans (Edit: plans regarding manufacturing smily), but it does seem that Caeser also knows some history of the devil fruits. Vegapunk is supposed to know the origins of the devil fruit and both Caeser and Vegapunk had worked together, so its not far fetched to think Caeser knows something about it. | ||

There was though, to feed it the candy. We still don't know what the candy does other than making those children huge. Unless I'm missing something. | ||

Unless I'm missing something. theres no reason he couldnt have jsut catapulted the candy onto slimey or something like that plus i doubt most people would want to buy a weapon that would completely ahnihalate an entire island he could jsut as easily have the 2 chemicals in a bomb that mix when it explodes | ||
