Bounty DOES mean something in the one piece world. What you are maybe trying to say is that bounty =/= actual power which would be a valid point, the number is NOT that arbitrary. He is feared by most characters, but in one piece arrogance is definetely a prominent feature in every recognized pirate, , that caribou guy is part of the new generation of supernovas, so he could be scared of luffy, i mean to the eyes of everyone hes a beast, but from zoro? i dont think so, why would he fear Katanas knowing the powers of his LOGIA akuma no mi? You could say that was Oda making the SHC look badass by having that dumb guy being scared shitless of the captain and first mate or w/e...

Oda is being smart and having the marines give them a reactionary bounty which makes sense (Luffy does something then bounty increases) so his bounty isnt an accurate show of anyones power you cant compare 2 bounties and say "well this guy is stronger" so the bounties only exist to make the world feel more real



did he really ever look scared of them? wasnt his whole plan when he was hiding in the barrel to solo the entire crew? he always seemed to look like he thought he was alot stronger then the straw hats

I just wanted to know if maybe oda is hiding bounty raises of some characters, including zoro.

Supposedly according to a One Piece green book Sabo is dead. However there are scenes of Dragon right after Sabo's accident requiring medical attention for either himself or some unknown person.
