When we first saw her, she had wings instead of arms, but she seems to be able to transform them to normal arms ...
Is she some Bird Zoan ?
The way she appeared, I thought she might be another mythological zoan like Marco's phoenix. Moent looked a lot like the image of a harpy.
i believe it Law gave her does wings. Based on the last chapter.

Flash back deaths yes, but many characters of the present go through things that should kill them, but do not.
My point wasn't that people of the present never die... That is obvious with the Marineford arc I did read it and they made a big point of it. The point was many characters of the present defy situations that should kill them because One Piece is not a dark manga and death is deliberately rare. There is no reason storywise Pell, Mr 9, Bon Clay had to survive, but they did so anyways. One Piece is very stingy with death even to a limited degree with it's villians for exampel Coribou's crew not dying after being attacked by the Kraken.
Yes your point stands, but where does it lead to? One Piece is a shonen manga, and (at least in my humble opinion) characters in shonen manga only die when they have to die, i.e. to lead to important development to the story or of specific characters (as showcased by Ace's Death). Side-characters usually don't die, even if they "should", as you put it.
I think the reason why Oda doesn't kill characters in OP is because he's most likely a pacifist. I mean, the fights themselves are pretty lighthearted for the most part ... So for Oda not killing characters on-screen might be a political statement .
One reason for not going off and killing characters whenever he gets the chance may be that he intends to use them after. How did mr. 1 not die from those fatal wounds? Because Oda wanted him with Crocodile in Impel Down. Why did Alvida not die after Luffy knocked her to who knows where? Oda wanted her in Buggy's crew. Why didn't Morgan die after being cut by Zoro? He wanted him to be one of the reasons Helmeppo and Coby get into the marines. Of course, maybe he really does hate killing characters, like the opposite of George RR Martin.

I don't think Sabo's dead. Considering how monumental the death of Ace is, Sabo's death is simply not significant enough. Plus the idea of fighting for revolution and equality yet to come makes a great place for Sabo to show up.

i could see him apear in Dragons revolution army only if Luffy for some reason is put in a situation where he has to fight them like if they try to take Robin from him or something
i really dont think Sabo will just show up and there being nothing between them but "hey long time no see" and be all buddy buddy

Is oda hiding it or what? Caribou was scared shitless of him when he saw him, thats fishy, considering hes a 2mill b pirate. I googled this with no results, it kills me seeing him with a bounty so low
While it could be Oda is hiding bounty raises for now, I don't see why his would get raised during the time skip considering he didn't do anything at all, same with all the other strawhats. Only Luffy's got raised cause he went and did a plethora of crazy things to piss off the government. Also, bounties do not directly correlate with power; they correlate with danger to the government. So while it would sort of make sense for strawhats' bounties to get raised due to Luffy's actions, it also makes sense for them to stay the same cause they were missing for 2 years.
This is the best thing i can think of too. Maybe he did some pretty crazy shit with mihawk? Meh...thats just speculation. But in my defense he and sanji beat a pacifista in front of a lot of marines and people, that feat alone should mean something to be aware of. Beside, EVERY supernova got a raise man cmon T____T

the bounty means literally nothing, its an arbitrary number given to him be non-existant marines the bounty isnt a scanner it isnt an accurate description of his power level when he fights they dont check his bounty sheet to see how well hes doing, his bounty doesnt sky rocket when he gets angry
hes the second in command of a pirate ship its the captain they give a bounty based on what he can do everyone else gets it based on what they do do
Bounty DOES mean something in the one piece world. What you are maybe trying to say is that bounty =/= actual power which would be a valid point, the number is NOT that arbitrary. I brought zoros bounty as a subject mainly because of Caribous reaction, i completely agree with you, but i know about bounties, i dont think of them as fighting stats, im more interested in seeing if oda is hiding a bigger bounty for zoro, dont treat me like a dumb.

He is feared by most characters, but in one piece arrogance is definetely a prominent feature in every recognized pirate, , that caribou guy is part of the new generation of supernovas, so he could be scared of luffy, i mean to the eyes of everyone hes a beast, but from zoro? i dont think so, why would he fear Katanas knowing the powers of his LOGIA akuma no mi? There is something else there. You could say that was Oda making the SHC look badass by having that dumb guy being scared shitless of the captain and first mate or w/e...

bounty means nothing because Luffy got a bounty, then he doesnt get an actual powerup until impel down but his bounty kept increasing
Oda is being smart and having the marines give them a reactionary bounty which makes sense (Luffy does something then bounty increases) so his bounty isnt an accurate show of anyones power you cant compare 2 bounties and say "well this guy is stronger" so the bounties only exist to make the world feel more real

did he really ever look scared of them? wasnt his whole plan when he was hiding in the barrel to solo the entire crew? he always seemed to look like he thought he was alot stronger then the straw hats

I think we are agreeing on the same thing here. I already said i know about bounties not being equal as power nor im comparing characters by it...i think i made myself clear on that if not then my bad.
Yes, he did look scared of them. Again, im going to repeat my self: Maybe it was oda making a comic reaction or just badassin´ the shc. Seriously this is a pointless argument. I just wanted to know if maybe oda is hiding bounty raises of some characters, including zoro.

itll probably jump soon (as in once Smoker lets command know about the recent events) but since theyve heard nothing about Zoro at all since Shabondy (unlike Luffy who kept rampaging) it makes sense they ahvent changed his bounty
expect the whole crew to get a big jump once they learn about Fishman iland and punk hazard
Supposedly according to a One Piece green book Sabo is dead. However there are scenes of Dragon right after Sabo's accident requiring medical attention for either himself or some unknown person.

its possible its not Sabounless he somehow managed to wash himself up on some the island that dragon jsut so happened to choose to dock on and be found by the crew also the way its worded makes me think that Dragon didnt bring back the unkown person and its jsut them still working on handling all there new recruits

i think it might be that pirate Ace fought
Dragon was present when Sabo got blown up. Its up in the air as to whether or not Sabo is alive or not, but I don't think Oda would introduce a 3rd brother for Luffy/Ace after 10 years of running this manga, dedicate an entire arc to their relationship, and then just kill him without him ever actually mattering to the story.
