I actually disagree. The thing is, Buggy doesn't really split things traditionally, he uses magic. It's not like blood pours out of his body when he takes his arm off. His body just behaves as if it was perfectly together, even if it's far apart. So if he splits an atom, there's no energy that will be released since the atom itself isn't really changing and will behave as it would when it was intact. | ||
