I actually disagree. The thing is, Buggy doesn't really split things traditionally, he uses magic. It's not like blood pours out of his body when he takes his arm off. So if he splits an atom, there's no energy that will be released since the atom itself isn't really changing and will behave as it would when it was intact. | ||
