luffys punches stop short of his targets and nothing happens because his haki doesnt extend past his fist. the grandpa, rayleigh and the fat navy dude whos name i forgot know the ability to use haki like its some ki blast or the force from star wars. i think with the manga illustrations its hard to tell that the attacks werent supposed to actually physically connect. i didnt notice this in the anime either but i guess i wasnt paying attention | ||

Kawamatsu's introduction sitting in the pitch-black cell is also damn cool. I suppose that in typical One Piece style he actually doesn't look cool at all. | ||

I don't think that's Kawamatsu, I was guessing Kawamatsu was the smiling beggar always putting a good face on things, as that's how he is shown interacting with the princess in the flashback. I think the prisoner is one of the other three, but could be wrong! | ||

Bottom of the 5th page, chapter 937 Queen speaks of Oshiruko, how he likes it and how he bring a ton of it with him. Last panel of last page of chapter 940, Chopper leads BigMom to the prison, purposely to get a lot of Oshiruko. The Oshiruko Queen will have eaten all cause he loves that and cause Luffy's fight in the ring lasted too much. I'm calling it right now. Big Mom OHKO Queen, you heard it here first. | ||
