No she was pwning randoms left and right with her weather staff one or two chapters ago, all while wearing a skimpy bikini top and her pants way too low. On a side note, I really am loving One Piece nowadays. I can't see why people complain about this being a slow arc, when it's the first one since the time skip. When the true potential of the Straw Hats is unveiled in a deserving manner, you will all be thanking Oda for being so patient with his build up. It's gonna be epic!

Sure this arc was needed, but it just seems really terrible and doesn't add much to the story of finding "One piece" or strengthening the power levels of the main characters. ^_^ yes it does since i BET 10 BILLIONS E-dollars that they will find a poneglyph in NOA, thats why it was a relic and that's why the royal family didn't want anyone to mess with it.. So this arc will show us the new skills versus a desearving group of enemys, add more friends and allies, explain a bit about the past and will teach us something about the future.. It's slow but it's also manga so it's expected!

THIS PLANET WILL SELF DESTRUCT IN 5 MINUTES. *10 episodes later* THIS PLANET WILL SELF DESTRUCT IN 3 MINUTES. So it's pretty much fully confirmed that Hodi is the new Bellamy. Thought there might be some type of actual fight... but Luffy just punched the drugs out of him like he smashed the shadows out of Moria. Although it may allow Hodi to not randomly fall over dead from drug side effects, I don't see how he'll be able to scratch Luffy without the artificial power up. Having Chopper confirmed as being able to control his giant form is nice, though most of us were expecting it anyway. I got a chuckle at Zoro's "fight." He just sundered all the other dude's swords. That's a pretty definitive "no really, you're not worth my time" that he gave that merman.

What bothers me the most, that the fishmen already lost their credibility when they haven't even showed themselves, since Jimbei was and is the strongest fishman, and he's allied with the Strawhats. (Also Tiger was a slave, and merely shot to death, that doesn't help either). I'm totally in for some major ass beating after getting super strong, and it's certainly awesome seeing everyone evolved that much, especially Luffy, but on the other hand, the arc lacks the "uncertain" and "dangerous" element that's been always the part of One Piece. Of course everything can happen, since it's Oda we're talking about, but so far, aside from the obvious development of the Strawhats, I'm not impressed. > Noah destroying the whole freaking Island > Luffy, fruit user, with bad wound, fighting underwater > Hody&cia with steroids there is enough "danger" imo.

Still wondering what the ark is for considering I doubt it will be like the biblical arc in purpose. Although it is a boat so I suppose it was made to transport things but more likely to transport people to some sort of promised land than save the animals. Maybe to transport fishmen to the surface once the decided to come up or humans down when they had good relations?
