Haki (覇気 Haki?, literally meaning "Ambition") is the force of will power that is found in every living being in the world. It is not that different from the normal senses. However, most people do not notice it or fail to awaken it. Broadly, there are two types of Haki common to everyone, given the proper training; however, there is a third type that only a certain group of "chosen ones" are said to possess.
So most people can use Kenbunshoku Haki/mantra and Busoshoku Haki with enough training.
Only the Haoshoku Haki is very rare.

Hodi is probably getting a powerup and they will fight under water giving luffy a disatvantage and hordy another powerup (fishermankarate is x10 in water)
And he has to deal with Vanderdecken!
The other NFP are probably going to eat pills and fight the remainders of the shp

lol oh shit rabidch is right, the ship is directly right above the fishman island, if decken dies and his devil fruit ability disabled it will stop chasing the Hirahoshi, and drops back down to the island.
