+ Show Spoiler + about only needing the rumble ball for one transformation and being able to use the other six freely. I'm thinking it's either jump point or arm point. The background shows four others besides his current horn point (which looks quite teenagerish, fits for his current age and seemingly new attitude). Brain, walk, guard, and of course horn are obvious. The fifth (called "Kung Fu Point" in chapter 614) is either heavy (his old human form) or arm point. I'm guessing arm point (legs are quite small in the pictures we've seen of kung fu point). Being that heavy (the "human" form of his human fruit) is one of his original three, it seems unlikely that it'd be the one locked out, leaving Jump point as the logical 7th transformation. Chopper better be jumping miles at a time Hulk style if that's the case (or having jumps that put Bellamy's antics to shame, haha)... but would seem kinda weird as his rumble ability. Of course I wouldn't put it past Oda to specifically lock out the "human" form of the human human fruit, because it's the most powerful (sans monster form) or something like that. And hey, people bitching about Nami and her weather weapons. Oda, as usual, is five steps ahead of you. Though time will tell how much has really changed. Pretty sweet chapter overall. I went on a mild manga binge recently (several hundred chapters over three other mildly popular ones) and Oda's focus on the art is really noticeable. He seems to try to have background in as many frames as possible where it makes sense. Whether it's a picture on a wall, the texture of the ground amidst five different speech bubbles, or something else. It's not always big in every panel, but it adds up after awhile. Some mangas out there put less focus on it at times (whee, line spam to let you know action is happening.... line spam to let you know someone is tense after seeing said action... more lines to let you know the staring contest afterwards is INTENSE). I sometimes wonder if I view One Piece through different colored glasses at times (have a friend slowly reading through which should provide a fresh perspective... sadly he's currently stalled right at the start of Alabasta and hasn't found the time to sit down with it again), but thus far everything about One Piece just seems to click for me better than any of the others I've read. Oda must be overpowered. Only logical conclusion.

Honestly, I was hardly impressed...1 enemy of unknown strength...and frankly it wasn't really impressive at all. I hope I am proven wrong because Nami was one of my favorite characters. Right now though I am seeing huge improvements to everyone..Nami basically grew her hair out and is relying on Skypiea arc strength still.

Nami has never been a heavy hitter type crewmember. Even when she won against the CP9 chick, it was mostly via use of trickery and clever tactics. She, along with Robin, is the brains behind the Strawhats. Great chapter btw. I'm curious if Hodi will actually put up a fight, or will be like Bellamy v.2.

Not much really happened this chapter. It was nice for some of the other members of the crew to show off their new skills, but it didn't advance the plot. Is it just me or did Chopper with new horns have that Donflamingo puffy robe behind him? Oh, and Big Ass Boat appears again.

You’ve got to pump it up, Don’t you know pump it up, You’ve got to pump it up. Now we're in the right mood! Luffy hwaiting!! I think Kung-Fu is a combination of Arm and Jump or jump got included in some other form! I actually think his rumble form is the "monster" like he used against cp9! But just improved form with little more brain! I like his new Stag Beetle form. Whats up with the Title? Is there a General in this chapter? Anyways the Mangareader releases are allways way worse in quality then the MangaStream ones, Naruto had like 4 typos!!

Country of the future being Vegapunk's home island where Franky was at, what with Vegapunk's left behind designs behind years ahead of present technology and all that. I see what you mean about mangareader compared to mangastream. The words they choose for the translation end up conveying differing meanings. Like Nami saying she's just a bit scared in m-reader but in m-stream says she just doesn't happen to look scary. Bit of a difference. Mangastream doesn't seem to maintain the back catalog though, sadly. Also, for those that don't follow it the anime this week's episode was of the chapter that Luffy, Raleigh, and Jinbe went back to Marineford + reactions. As it's the anime, it expands on everything so you get to actually see them at Marineford. The manga (594) more or less skips over showing their actual visit. Nothing too crazy happens, but it was pretty cool as there was a lot that happened in that chapter, leading to good variety for the anime episode.

Though I was thinking more about the rumble ball unlocking his monster form while still letting him be concious. I don't really have any evidence for it, but he did say he is a monster in this chapter.

Usually they take mangastream's but since they were late today I guess they took someone elses. I think mangastream is the better translation. It seems smoother.

If you want back access to MangaStream, which to me seems to be a superior translation over MangaReader, you can go here: http://www.manga-access.com/manga/O/One_Piece/ That is the new manga reader that used to be BleachExile, and and it has some of them, at least from 600. BleachExile used to have all of the ones from the 500s or 400s, but I don't know what happened to that site's reader.

![]() We already know which point needs the rumble ball unless there is an explanation as to why he had to use it this time possibly to strengthen the guard point to be able to stand up to the Krakken's tentacle. I happy that he doesn't rely on the rumble ball anymore. Chopper was by far my least favorite crew member because everything he did was based on either I win in 3 minutes, I lose, or I turn into mega scary monster and kill everything.
