Basically the same. Which is funny as I really disliked Franky when Oda introduced him. I like him more now, but actually dislike his new look. Now in the theme of new looks, usopp has to be overwhelmingly the most improved. He has gone from honestly a really stupid looking character to one that I feel actually fits in with the Strawhats. I almost have to wonder if Oda wrote himself into a virtual corner with her weapon and can't really find any meaningful way to power it/her up. It almost feels like Weather control is one of those abilities that is either exceedingly weak or overwhelmingly overpowered with no middle ground. Who knows, nami may end up becoming crazy badass by the end. I am just frustrated at her current apparent lack of power. | ||
