Guys the elephant's name isn't Zou, it's Zunisha. Zou is the country on the back of Zunisha.
Also I feel like Jack has the potential to become a reoccurring villain like Ultros. Always showing up to stuff and screwing around. Tbh he feels more like comic relief now more than anything. Just keeps fucking up, haha.
Unless of course he grabbed on to that fucking trunk and is climbing up as we speak.

Luffy actually says: "All I can do is hear, the voice doesn't listen to me." And we find out that even Roger and Lord Oden couldn't talk to the beast either "A majestic voice they were unable to converse with." That doesn't sound at all like just anyone who can hear him can talk to him, in fact, it sounds an awful lot like only Momo could actually speak to Zunisha, just as Shirahoshi was the only one who could control the sea kings. Once they know what to do, Luffy again defers to Momo because "I think your voice can reach it."
You really just have a kneejerk reaction to shut down any speculation except your own don't you?

Actually, it's hard to say. Momonosuke and Luffy are the only two who call the elephant Zou instead of Zunisha, and we know that they were the ones hearing the elephant's thoughts, thus implying the elephant is calling itself Zou. It's possible the name was arbitrarily changed sometime over history. Also, zou literally just means elephant, which creates intentional ambiguity between the country and the elephant, but the different spellings of zou in Japanese suggest that Momonosuke and Luffy refer to the elephant as Zou, not "elephant," but certainly not Zunisha.

it could also be that Momos power is more advanced then Luffys for whatever reason or perhaps it can only take orders from descendants of momos family, or maybe Luffy was just mistaken in all of it, he was asking questions not giving orders and wasnt getting a response so thought he couldnt talk to it but Zushina might be unable to hear anything but orders and was just shouting out under the assumption, or hope, that someone could hear him
or maybe like the minks Zushina has loyalty to Momos house so didnt want to listen to luffy

5) Is Jack dead? Unlikely that he would be killed off screen but what is his role in upcoming Arc?

I don't know if Apoo was there to spy on Kidd. Remember, Kaido only showed up when he tried to kill himself and fell from the Sky on them. There is no way anyone could have predicted that. He probably jumped ship after it happened.

I agree, there's lots of different possibilities, but your initial reply was more like "lol, no you're wrong," which is clearly not good for discussion or for the forum to be honest. It would be great if we could use this thread to actually discuss the manga and different theories and not just have it be a stupid troll fest.
Anyway, I think the text clearly indicates a strong possibility that the ability to command Zunisha is an ability that only belongs to Momosuke. My speculation is that this may mean he is one of the ancient weapons. Just as the princess of the Merfolk may inherit the ability, so may the prince of the Wano kingdom (this may be related to the eternal alliance between Zou and Wano). We also see the parallels with Shirahoshi in their weak/crying but "trying to be strong" personalities, and Luffy's somewhat rough treatment of them in order to make them shape up. Zunisha's role as the instrument of the ancient weapon may very well be why she/he has been punished. This also may explain why Doffy wanted so badly to capture Momo, as he may have inside knowledge that there's a possibility of him being the ancient weapon.
I'm not saying it's right, just that it's an interesting possibility.

in that case though wouldnt his father have been the current possessor of the ability since Momo wasnt born when he was on Zushina?
plus Momo was given to Caesor for his giantification experiments, he would have been killed if he hadnt been so stalwart as to refuse candy, also i disagree with him being "weak but trying to be strong" he showed strength in Punk Hazard nearly escaping alone, the problem is the things hes facing is way beyond a 10 y/o kids ability to really process
plus the ability to control all the sea kings is on another level then being able to control one elephant, the fact that it can be sealed (imo) is enough to discredit it as an ancient weapon that are supposed to be like world destroying level danger
i really think Kinemon was definently just talking about the power to hear Zushina
