Yeah, he was 166 cm tall before the timeskip and is now taller than the 180 cm tall Sanji... Well let's not question the height of the guy whose legs can turn into tank threads. edit: Though interestingly the inside him's legs don't touch the ground while Sanji's do when seated on a chair of the same height.

He's just a suave dude that can think on his feet. I remember the hell train arc where he infiltrated CP9 on his own (briefly) and had some cool moments. He basically turns into James Bond when he's not around women. Which is kind of ironic, haha. I feel this is a very underplayed thing about Sanji, he always thinks ahead and plays a major part when it comes to conflict situations. The sea train, the gate at enies lobby, and shenanigans in arabasta as mr prince are just the few things that instantly pop in my mind. I feel these are some of my favorite moments since usually the shounen series focus solely on who's the strongest fighter etc.

You just right now described why One Piece is leagues above any other Shonen. Any other Shonen would give us also the Supernovas for hype and then forget them later on. Oda makes each single one relevant at some point or the other Also Sanji, while being the weakest out of the monster trio is by far the smartest of them. Sanji has always used his brain (when women were not involved) and saved the SH a few times with it already.

Lets hype all these guys up and lets not involve them in any meaningful way ever again! So much Fodder too.

Go Castle Guy. felt the same way. for me it was just it seemed like he's all about guns and holding more people inside him but in OP guns are pretty much useless outside of flashbacks and all the non named characters are just fodder so it didnt seem like a very useful power. I could have seen it for like infiltration or something but Bege doesnt seem like that type. He just didnt seem like he had the right strengths for OP so at least they are showing him doing something now

What happened with Bleach is that the story was over a long time ago. It just went on and on because money.

My understanding is that Sanji meant to return eventually when everything is settled. Brook meant that Sanji wont return at that point of time even if they caught up with him.
