smoker carries around seastone at the end of his weapon and can have it on his back and be fine as long as hes not touching the tip afterall | ||

I know. What's your point? He did the swap using his powers, which means that seastone can be affected by powers and can therefore probably be shrunk and stored within Capone's castle as long as it doesn't touch him. | ||
