Fujitora came out of nowhere, the expected outcome is a vice admiral becoming an admiral when a spot is free. While it makes sense to get someone else, since the vice admirals we know are all fodder (except Garp), i think its a bit awkward if the marines find 2 monsters that never got mentioned before. I mean, the revolutionary keep some secrecy, the yonkou and their crews are in the new world, its ok if we don't know them despite their strenght. But we know most big shots in the marine already. Maybe Fujitora and/or Green Bull used to be vice admirals in the new world? Or some guy from the world government that was not in the marines? I guess Cobby could become one, but later. Much later. | ||

I didn't know about this info but yeah i'm with you they probably are from other personel from some form of world goverment military that got promotion. or maybe green bull and/or Fujitora used to be a vice-admiral who wasn't part of the ones who was gathered during the great war against whitebeard ? The battle level would be so weak. | ||
