implying that theres any strong evidence to show where the scar is actually from it could be from the punch but its wierd for it to be a cross like that from a punch

You have to keep in mind that Law's attack only did internal damage. His organs are all pretty fucked up and only held together with the power of his fruit at this point. Of course you can't really see that. He's pretty close to losing though.
10 minutes no haki is a pretty weird constraint.

This arc has been going on for how long now? No way the final fight will be anything but lengthy as well. Believe I saw some 'wobble' sfx's as Doflamingo was walking towards the crowd so he's at least showing signs of damage.
And haki stamina is the new limiting factor for Luffy, as expected. Makes sense to show G4 having a limitation now rather than sitting around as some unstoppable move that Luffy has until a later arc.
Solution for that will eventually be everyone sending him their haki, Spirit Bomb style.
