If anything, I've loved how the Doflamingo crew was portrayed this entire time. They've got lots of backstory, they're a unique crew, almost a family, and not entirely black and white. They're special and that's a good thing. Richness of characters is great. Luffy's fruit is very elaborate as well (think of how gears 2nd and 3rd work). I LOVE that other characters are given elaborate abilities and backstory, etc. as well. | ||

Law's "sacrifice" (he still isnt dead anyway, he just lost his arm - maybe franky can fix this issue^^) wasnt useless at all. DD just keeps his oragans alive with strings, he really is injured. I doubt Luffy is on DD's level when both are fully fresh (yet). | ||
