So this is how I predict it will turn out: 1: Ichigo kills Aizen. 2: Ichigo permanently* loses his powers. 3: Some love drama about Orihime and powerless Ichigo. 4: Ichigo needs his powers back, so he gets them in a plotholey way. 5: Et voila, Ichigo is back to the same level as the rest of the crew. * - "permanently" as in "for approximately 2 chapters". | ||

Ya when I first started watching it like 4 years ago probably before the bounto was even released it was the sickest thing ever. I thought it was way better than Naruto at the time and I never bothered to watch One Piece (thank god I've finally seen/read it, OP is real sweet imo) and Bleach was just sick. Oh my god how shitty it's gotten but ya am I not gonna see what happens? it's an awful trainwreck and i guess I read it cause it takes like a minute to read a Bleach chapter cause theres like no meaningful dialogue and I usually don't know wtf I'm looking at. Definitely waiting for it to end. | ||

Remember how Ichigo lost the powers he got from Rukia (where the hell is she, anyway), then got them back because his dad was a shinigami? Well, what if his mother was a shinigami too? OMG + Show Spoiler + Nah, but there's probably some other plot hole out there that'll serve. | ||

*Phase 1 - Ichigo will beat Aizen and lose his powers. - So now we have an overpowerd Aizen dead, and the only one at his level(Ichigo) powerless. - Bleach gets some sort of reset and the SS captains become the strongest once more. *Phase 2 - Some new menace emerges to threaten the peaceful existence of shinigamis/humans. - Ichigo needs to play catch up with the captains, so either he gets his reiatsu back or some sort of crap that can enable him to level up for another 20 chapters. - Then the new final boss appears and Ichigo needs not only to surpass the captains but to overpower the new bad guy. Note that if somehow KT gets the green light for more arcs, Phase 1 and Phase 2 can be recycled eternally. EDIT: Btw, Aizens current form reminds me of the mutant guys in the first X-Com. | ||
