I wonder why King Dude doesn't count Uryu's father as a Quincy. Nobody seems to consider him to be a Quincy for some reason... | ||

Getting more background on the other squad 0 members 5. Seeing what happens to Aizen. Otherwise, who gives a fuck about the story... I will do what I"ve done this whole time... persist with bad stories to find out.. what happens to the characters... I mean shit, the this aint got NOTHING on the pointlessness of the bount saga. | ||

Uryus father is a full quincy, so he wasn´t affected by the purge in the first place. Uryu WAS targeted, and should have died. The reason he survived is what makes him special. If Ryuken Ishida joined then he´d be just another Quincy soldier/captain/general. I wonder if we´ll see Ryuken Ishida will take part in the war. I don´t think he´d side with Seireitei but he could oppose Juha Bach for killing his wife during the purge, or fight to protect his son. | ||

Since Uryuu survived the purge, it is possible he has very potential power. It may be troublesome if Uryuu sides with Ichigo, which is well within reason given their history. So he actively recruits him and names him his successor so that he is under constant surveillance. However, on the offchance that Uryuu actually can stay loyal to the Quincies, he would definitely be a very good successor. The king is indeed very smart, unlike our ex Squad One commander. | ||

Ichis mom is a pure quincy too,and Uryu should be pure as well only way it makes sense is if Uryus dad gave up his power before the purge then after Uryus granpappy died he somehow got his powers back | ||
