From how I understood it, this is what's going on: - What Ichigo percieves as Zangetsu are his quincy powers masquerading as his Zanpakuto (i.e. his "fake Zanpakuto"), in the form of what Bach looked like 1000 years ago. - That which is his inner hollow is actually his true Zanpakuto, which is explained away with "seems Aizen oddly made that hollow kinda the same way that I myself make my swords". Such a lucky coincidence! | ||
