1) His bankai isn't nearly the same, it gets stronger the more he swings it, so there's a difference there (also no Cero hoo-tee-whoop) takes it time to warm up and it doesnt matter if it has no getsuga not all bankais were created equal some Zanpaktous are simply stronger then others and can jsut do more 2) Shikai, not Bankai and it doesn't make him faster / stronger as it does with Ichigo Ichigos doesnt make him stronger just faster and again IT DOESNT MATTER your trying to say its wierd that Ichigio shotos getsugas, its not Also Ulquirra also mentioned that his Getsuga Tenshou was akin to the "Black Cero" (chapter 346) shwoop da whoop foreshadowin his Bankai is all black to naturally his getsuga turns black as well, and he had a hollow inside Zangetsu so obviously his energy attacks would resemble ceros | ||

Uraharas Hogyoko was a success, it perfectly smashed the barrier between Hollow and Shinigami | ||

He combines the two to make the "final" Hogyoku. In 401, Aizen talks about how Urahara wanted to dissolve the boundary between hollows and shinigami, and the Hogyoku fulfills that desire to transform Shinji and the others. | ||
