So Kubo finally realized that we all pissed, Ichigo's bankai got nerfed to almost nothing after his fight with byakuga.
How then all of a sudden is it so powerful?

The series pretty much went down the tubes after the Byakuya fight. I don't think it was ever meant to go past that.
I also like how Tite Kubo obviously didn't think through the whole kidou-system AT ALL and just sort of tacked it on along with the sword powers for shits and giggles. The fights are such clusterfucks, people just randomly pull binding spells and blue bolts out their asses when they feel like it. Then other times, they pretend like they have never heard of kidou. This guy pisses me off so much. The world was so so bad ass when Rukia got kidnapped. Then he dropped his brain in a trashcan and hasn't looked back ever since.

It didn't. It's just that its speed boost was unnoticable because of faster characters (Grimmjow, Ulquiorra)... But even then, Ichigo in Bankai blitzed Byakuya, who in turn blitzed Zommari, who was the self-proclaimed fastest Espada.

This chapter was... what exactly happened to Ichigo? He was placed in some sort of cage, but why the hell can't he easily break out. His opponent is weak as hell and close to death. If it only ends when the guy dies, then why the hell is it taking so long to kill someone who;s already pretty much dead?

and he cant break out easily cause he needs...

Well I only read Bleach because I like Kubo's drawing style. Other than that Bleach sucks so badly nowadays. Kubo has no ideas for new bankais so he made up enemy who steals them. There is no story, only fight after fight. Panels are enormous, it's 3-4 panels per page on average. And I bet that after final chapter there will be more unresolved issues than after final episode of Lost.

also with the explanation of the Blut, how can Byakuya lose? he can constantly be attacking his opponents forever so theyll never be able to use a strong attack, even with his shikai he can keep up constant attacks
