If he's not gay then idk what is. You can like romantic stuff AND be straight. It was more how awkward and hard it was for him to talk to Sansa that told us that he hasn't even the slightest interest in women. I can't believe how Tywin still manages to shock me. He really didn't even hesitate to do to Loras and his family what Aerys Targaryen did to the Lannisters: "You are screwing with me? Ok, let's put your oldest son into the King's Guard and basically steal your worthiest heir." Tywin doesn't give a shit. Has anyone still any sympathy for Joffrey? That's not just a spoiled child with no father figure. He's outright insane. Joffrey and the guy who tortures Theon should be best friend forever.

I swear, with the direction this show takes sometimes, I was half expecting them to just lock eyes and go right into it on Tywin's desk.

So just the four of them at the end made it to the top of the wall? That's not the most impressive commando squat, considering they all mistrust each other (not made any better by the warg guy cutting off Jon and Ygritte...). Here is an idea: Let your best climbers climb the wall and fix a rope at the top, then get the rest up ....

Here is an idea: Let your best climbers climb the wall and fix a rope at the top, then get the rest up .... You could see that they did have their best climbers at the front, but yeah I don't think a single rope would be practical for time considerations. One rope won't support hundreds of people, you'd need to wait an eternity for 4-5 people to climb at a time. The way they did it is more efficient, even if it caused more casualties. I imagine a bunch of them made it to the top, but they're spread out, so we only saw the one squad.

Not really that important, I mean a simple explanation would be that the wildlings can't make a 200m long rope that would hold. As it looks like right now there is only 3 and a half wildlings up the wall though.

I just don't understand how you're going to fix a rope at the top without climbing with it ;o maybe I'm misunderstanding. But, yes, I doubt they have the capability to create a rope that long and that strong. As for the whole 3 and half wildlings up there, I wanna discuss that but it's hard to without discussing the books :

A smart idea would have eagle boy have his bird carry the rope to the top (pre-knotted of course) so when they climb they have a safe rope throughout. Bro, a bird does not have the upper body strength to accomplish that.

According to http://www.spadout.com/w/climbing-ropes/ Weight Weight is typically listed as total weight or weight per meter. These days light ropes weigh in at less than 60 grams while heavier ropes can be as much as 80 grams. Keep in mind that a thinner diameter rope is not necessarily lighter. Climbing ropes are often created denser to decrease the diameter. About 70 gram per meter, 70 x 220 = ~ 15kilogram No way any bird can carry that 220 meters up edit: maybe im wrong ![]() http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowned_Eagle says they can carry 30k, that's awesome
