Maise Williams is good. Really good. Arya is one of my favorite characters from the books and I think she's being given one of the most accurate and best performances on the show. In fact most of the child actors in big roles are really good. Really impressive casting there.
I've decided I don't like Yara's character so far. She's coming off as really smug and isn't giving off the badass vibe I was expecting.
I liked the scene with Margaery and Loras mourning over Renly's body. You could see the wheels in her head spinning while she thought over how she can best spin this vs Loras' real grieving. I was almost disappointed when she basically said as much to Littlefinger at the end of the scene because I didn't think it was necessary.

Exactly this. She deserves some sort of award. Fantastic.

If Joffery would die, who would be next in line? One of the other Lannister children?

I don't know where he bought it, but my brother bought a fucking epic replica of the sword "Ice" just a couple of months ago. It looks so fucking good, it hangs from the wall right over his computer.
That thing alone makes life a little less pathetic and unepic :D

I think Tommen, Joffreys little brother should be next in line shouldnt he? He is the second oldest son of Robert(I know its Jaime-.-) and Cersei and therefore should be next.

That thing alone makes life a little less pathetic and unepic :D I think I saw a website called valyrian steel that makes GoT swords. Quite the appropriate name.

I've just started to wonder why Robert never made Stannis his Hand after Jon Aryn died. I know he liked Ned better because of the war and having grown up together under Jon Aryn, but Stannis would have been a strong Hand to complement Robert's lazy rule. He also probably wanted the title too, unlike Ned.

Is it me or does Hodor have the best job ever? Appear once in every episode and say one word.

Amazing episode but Arya just blows me away. Hooooly shiiit. She is just being done so...perfectly. That line sent chills up my spine it was so good. Every week she is becoming more familiar with the idea of death. Fascinated, actually. Watching that evolution is so exciting. This show in general is so amazing.
Right after Renley died, when his wife was talking, I realized how awesome she would be at Queen.

Wow, that shadow demon was really lame. After the sick ending last episode you would think something... more would happen. I think all of us saw the outcome coming but it was just done so lame. You saw the thing for like 1 second and then Renly getting stabbed and then it was gone and it was over. Cheap build up.
But I'm glad it only killed one person. Tbh, before the scene came up I thought it would sweep the whole camp during the night or something ridiculous like that.

The scene where Brann talks about his dream gave me chills. I love how the scene followed the Night's Watchman joking about why "the first men" settled at the top of the mountains.
Fuck I love this show.

Just head on over to the grocery store real quick...

It is refreshing, but at the same time it is very frustrating. You envision all these awesome possibilities, and then your dreams get crushed with reality. The shadow assassin thing I think is the source of all my hate for magic in this show. None of the other fantastical elements really bug me that much, just the fact that at anywhere anytime that red bitch could spawn some little shadow demon to come kill anyone she wanted... it feels like wayyyy too powerful a tool. How are you supposed to win against that =/ You gotta fuck Melissandra before you can make her birth a shadow baby. And based on what we saw this episode, Stannis ain't gonna fuck her for a while yet. It may have something to do with how she believes Stannis is truly her god's chosen one. So it's not like she can go making shadow babies to kill off the rest of the kings. We haven't seen her after the birth, nor what was required (other than sex). But do you think she really believes that? Melisandre has seemed like a lot of things this season, a seductress, a witch, a leader of men, a charismatic holy woman, but all the time I never once got the sense that she is honorable. Her words to Stannis are not like those of say Sir Jorah, not ones of true belief and total devotion. At least that's the way I see it. At this point I'm completely behind Davos in that this woman's prophecy that Stannis is the Lord of Light is total bs. He is a tool to her ascent to a place of power, a place where she could possibly convert Westros to her faith, and in turn become one of the most powerful political players in the region. I feel like Stannis, though a virtuous man almost to a fault in all other things has let temptation get the better of him, and he's all but doomed.
I agree with this, I think that Melissandra is just using Stannis to satisfy her own lust for power.
This show is so great not just the main character but even the side character (Bronn, Gendry, Osha, Davos, and Brienne) have become just as important to me if not more so. Tyrion and Bronn together are amazing xD

Maisie better get that Emmy!

"And tell Bronn to kill you if you are lying to me on your way out"
Bronn is the man though. Where it seems like everyone and their sister is nobility, Bronn is the champion of the common man. What a bamf!

Could someone please help me remember what Arya did for that one guy in order for him to 'kill 3 people' I can't seem to remember. =[

Brienne is so fucking huge! Every scene she's in I hear that voice in my head from that stupid rob shneider movie "that's a huge bitch!".
Possibly the only time I've ever felt a female heroine is actually imposing / threatening, in most other flicks it just feels lame or cliche but Brienne just looks fucking beast.
