I like the choice for Asha. As was said before she's not supposed to be a princess beauty. She is a warrior first so she needs a trained figure.

Not planning to read the second book. I really spoiled myself on everything last season and at the same time it was basically exactly the same as the book so I'll trust the GRRM and producers/script writers to do the good job.
They upped the budget by 15% iirc.

I'll admit "Asha" and "Osha" are pretty similar, and I can understand their reasoning.
By why would you change Asha's name and not Osha's? I've read all the books as well as watched all the TV episodes, and if you said, "hey, remember when Osha did such-and-such" I would have replied, "who the fuck is Osha?" They used her name what, once? Ever?

If you are interested and did not know yet, Tyrion's "GF" Shaes actress used to do a couple of adult movies in the early 2000's i think. Easy to find on the respective sites. It was a little scandal back then in germany. She got fucked (no pun intended) by the tabloid media pretty bad after she became a known actress, which was a real shame. She was raised muslim and it must have been hard for her and her family.
I think she became quite a good actress and seems like a really great down to earth person as well irl. I for myself am glad she did what she did back then. :D Really hot and natural girl. I wish her the best for a possible hollywood career.

Siblings. All children of Aerys Targaryen. I believe the children of Rhaegar were the ones killed.

HBO just said that the leaked 2nd episode that was up for a short time on HBO Go's site for a couple EU countries was not supposed to happen, and will not happen every week.
I'm thinking about not allowing people to talk about episode 2 before it airs this Sunday or not, as the rest of the people who watch it normally won't want to read this thread then, but I'm not sure as it seems a lot of people have seen it and want to talk about it. Maybe at the least it should be spoiler tagged?
