I think the fact that Liddy used Quinn's signature to borrow the equipment is going to be significant. It can't be long until Dexter finds out he's being spied on and he's probably going to know the equipment's from the police department. It shouldn't be too hard for him to find out it was Quinn who 'authorized' borrowing the equipment. Coupled with the fact that he knows Jordan Chase is after him, he might even suspect the two of working together. And about the whole Lumen and Dexter getting together drama, stop the pop psychology please guys. Victims react to trauma in very different ways, both Emily's reaction (identifying with Jordan) and Lumen having sex with Dexter are entirely plausible. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + its obvious that quinn is going to be framed for liddy's death, the blood on his boot and the phonecall log. deb has seen liddy in quinn's apartment before. in the end of the preview for next week they show deb catching someone and want you to think its dexter but I don't believe it. this season is trying too hard. they obviously want deb to find out about dexter and that she's going to empathize with him for being a vigilante and killing these bad men | ||

Liddy died WAY too soon for my taste, I feel like they could've done so much more with him, he was such a pimp, outsmarting Dexter and staying under his radar so long, and tazing him. I know they'll still use his dead self, but I wish he had lived longer. We all know that it's not Dexter thats getting walked in on in the "Preview for next week", who do you guys think it is? I could see it being either Jordan attempting to kill Lumen and getting caught, the opposite of that, or Quinn doing something. I'd love to see Lumen live through the end of the season, she's growing on me. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + I think it's a really ridiculous idea that Dexter was on his way to kill Quinn when liddy tased him. Made no sense to me. I'm probably missing something. Liddy was pretty bad ass though. Edit: I know he thought quinn was spying on him. It just would've seemed more in line with previous plot lines for him to try other methods such as destroying the evidence. | ||

After finding all this shit on him, he realizes if he didn't do this both him and lumen were finished. He wasn't in control, so he had to go with the number one rule. Don't get caught. | ||
