When Madara got revived, and fought against the army alone, he activated Susanoo to defend against something. Then I think Gaara pulled him out of the Susanoo with sand and Naruto hurled a Rasen Shuriken at him. He was forced to activate the Rinnegan to absorb the projectile. When he did that, the Susanoo disappeared. | ||

Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed out his left eye, Tsukuyomi was born from the washing of the right eye, and Susanoo from the washing of the nose." So, amaterasu = left eye, tsukuyomi = right eye, susanoo = nose | ||

So no one said it? And why do chakra need to come from the eyes for eyes being necessary for manifesting susanoo? Have you considered that the eyes are just part of the various requirements? That you'd need the correct eyes in combination with the correct chakra (which doesn't come from the eyes)? is there any reason at all to believe that? So Obito magically turned into a tailed beast/Naruto so he can transfer his chakra (AND EYES, JESUS CHRIST KISHI) to people? people who arent Naruto have been doing that for ages like when the 3rd put himself and his wife inside Naruto to live on | ||

I think its kinda lame, but when Madara used it without his eyes, i just assumed that thats how it worked, somehow. Then again its probably just a mistake on Kishi's part, why the fuck is this raising so much discussing though?  | ||

This of course, assumes he can't and not that he doesn't want to. 3) when was this? After he got revived? 4) LOL. When I first read the last line, thought you were making a joke but not so much after I read the full post. I always (since it got introduced) saw Susanoo as a combination of the eyes so once you awaken both of those two powers, you get the third power, Susanoo. I believe it was Sasuke from that manga panel posted earlier (or maybe Itachi) that set that point straight. | ||
