I remember a long time ago when a fanwiki also featured a weird theory about the mythical Tengu being the final villain, based on names of Mangekyou Sharingan attacks and other references from japanese culture, back when only Itachi had a Mangekyou Sharingan. So, uh, take those with a grain of salt. | ||

Source - Izanagi ("father" of 3 dieties) Left Eye (tear of the left eye) - Amaterasu (sun) Right Eye (tear of right eye) - Tsukiyomi (moon) Nose (snot of Izanagi's nostril) - Susanoo (ocean) It just put a smile on my face when I thought "what if" Kishi actually planned it to be originally literal interpretation of what affects what whenever a skill is overused. Overuse of Amaterasu bleeds out left eye, overuse of tsukiyomi bleeds the right eye, over use of susanoo causes nosebleeds, but no eye bleeds. Just a thought. And Sakura would end up getting the idea that Sasuke has a battle fetish/gets a hard on when the battles gets tought. hehe! So it would break the scenes tension just to have Sasuke explain to Sakura how his power works. Which is why the idea was scrapped and Sasuke was not made as the main character and Naruto was created to be the main to be a comedic type and Sasuke the serious type and remove the nose bleed just to be the end of it. =) | ||
