Well, shit. It was predictable, though. Tobi never showed his Mangekyo, probably because of this.
I'm going to bet on Madara's brother (since it was never said he died, or what powers he had other than the Mangekyo) or Obito, since Kakashi has Space-Time jutsu associated with his Mangekyo. The latter is much less probable, obviously.
EDIT: One more thing. At the 3rd page, Madara says "So it finally happened... It would appear that little brat Nagato managed to grow." The fuck does he mean with that? I think it further fuels the theory that Tobi or someone gave Nagato the Rinnegan.
EDIT 2: Or when Oonoki says at page 15: "So you've come...", like he knew about what was going on.

Yes. Once again people forget. Tobi HAD TWO EYES prior the fight with conan. Thought the time-space jutsu is a good theory for him being obito, it can't be since all the uchiha are dead. There would be no way for obito to get another sharingan.
As for the "nagato managed to grow" and the "so you've come" I have no idea. I thought everyone was under the assumption that tobi was madara, and what nagato has to do with madara I have no clue once again. It said earlier in the story he was basically a pawn and was only given the rinnegan by tobi.

Honestly you could get around that, not that I want Obito to be Tobi, infact I hate the idea but look the guy posing as Madara is clearly evil. If he lost an eye he would just go and steal on from a clans member, which would make sense of the fact that he is covering one of his eyes even though it works just fine.

Remember that it's Itachi that killed his tribe, Obito is older than Itachi hence he had plenty of time to get a new eye.

Madara most likely either has a Jutsu that allows him to walk the world a a spirit or something. If not that Tobi and Izuna are both good guesses, but tobi and obito both us all of the same letters pretty much.

I forgot that Tobi had two eyes but whats the point of his mask pointing to his right eye only if he had two eyes to begin with. I think he could only use the time warp only with his right eye and thats why the mask was the way it is. And as many pointed Obito was alive long ago before Itachi slaughtered all of the Uchia so getting another eye or a couple extra of them for storage wasnt a big problem for him.

He died a long time ago, you can see him lying in a coffin in epi 140 (around 13:30 min mark)

I can't see it being obito, obito has no reason to be doing any of this. Though the whole time-space thing is a good guess as I said.
I wouldn't really trust the whole Madara's brother is dead. There is a lot of controversy in the story about how the eyes were taken, and it is said that his brother went on to fight for the uchiha clan as a blind warrior before he was killed in battle. So there is no way he took the eyes by force, and there is a chance that Madara and his brother have been setting this up for sometime.
Also can someone link this video everyone is talking about where they talk about the possibility of Sasuke going back in time? People keep referencing it, but no one is linking it.

mm my poke at it is madara switched bodies in a similar way orochimaru did to keep living. his consciousness is in the new tobi body and he left his original madara corpse alive. we'll see tho, shippuden is pretty unpredictable these days.

Yay. A plot twist that finally does not make me want to punch myself... I think Tobi is not some version of Madara and is someone else completely. Not sure who though...
