all this other shit doesn't kill him, but somehow biting off his own tongue does? I know it's a manga where people blast energy at each other and there are eye-techniques that can unravel space-time, but even on its own internal logic this manga is fucking ridiculous | ||

Quite frankly, it's a badass way for a badass character to kick the bucket. No complaints here. At least Gai didn't read to him from the Holy Gaible and convert him into a wuss. | ||

I think its a honorable way to die, i definitely gained respect for him. You guys shouldn't look so specifically at how he died but rather why did he die. He died to not jeopardize his and his superior's mission, putting your mission before your self is always respectable. | ||

came out 20 mins ago. I dont think he was suiciding, just try to break out of genjustsu. seeing how the last page he still wants to fight. What's with killing your own comrade just to protect code?
