The text says it's Konan and there is no indication of her being Nagato which would definitely at least be mentioned in the side text if it was true. | ||

I saw the whole water trap coming, because that was probly the one of the easiest times an akatsuki member has fallen in combat. =\ Also the Konan/Madara battle might be kind of epic, but there was only build-up this chapter. =/ Anyways, my predictions are that the shark will make it to tobi, who will have defeated/killed Konan, then he will do something that will defeat and capture the 8 tails, then Tobi will find the reningan and things will go to hell for the good guys. | ||

The Rinnegan is used as an adjective, as in describing Nagato as a Rinnegan. Perhaps they should have used a comma instead of an ellipsis. Even Kisame has pride, protecting those who have been loyal to him. The ending was kind of new for a Naruto battle, not very many battles have been won handily by one side or another. | ||

Has nothing to do with her being Nagato... As with the Sharingan, the power of the rinnegan user comes from the eyes. If you transfer the eyes, you transfer the power. | ||
