If you get ressed, it's kinda still the same body/life you were leading before death, you know? he literally saids he died on purpose to clear out the commandments, and the demon king agreed with that im guessing they tried to completely kill the demon king but couldnt, he shackled his soul somehow to Meliodas which is why there together in Purgatory, he also somehow cursed Meliodas with being unable to die as his lifeline to the real world, hes trying now to completely devour Meliodas so he can get enough power to return himself to life that could be why Meliodas has tried to die before and why the Godess clan wanted Ban to kill him, if they truly and complety kill Meliodas he takes the Demon king to hell with him | ||

The more I think about it, the SDS are so weirdly balanced, to the point that some feel completely unnecessary. Melodias and Escanor are giant powerhouses, Merlin may be the greatest mage alive and Gowther is broken if you don't know his powers. Meanwhile, Diane and King are kinda useless, and Ban countered one Commandment who Escanor beat anyways. | ||

Escanor just chopped Garan in half in his first hit, who then regen'd. He almost killed the giant and the faerie in one attack, but both survived and healed up. Now also Estarossa's face meets a sun and then regens as well. Same old same old. Would have been cooler if Estarossa just got KO'd or killed for good tbh. | ||

I feel the same, Meliodas could take the night shift, Escanor the day one, and everybody would be okay, but even with those powers, this is my favorite Manga right now, I just read all the Manga in few days. | ||

Here we go boys. Cool guys don't look back at explosions. Even black-haired Meliodas got rekt there. But something tells me the 10 commandments are gonna have a reunion in purgatory with the devil king and come back powered up. Maybe even the Devil King stealing Meliodas' body? | ||
