Their efficiency lists were to show the company where they might be able to cut costs after the merger. The result of their list if they put both themselves and the other person on it was that one of them would probably be let go b/c it would be inefficient to keep both of them. So by making the deal to leave the other off of their own list then the company doesn't see they have two of the same type of lawyer and they would both get to stay. Lewis broke that promise and on his list he has both himself and the other guy. So when they go through the lists from the both of them, they'll not only have questions as to why Lewis wasn't on the British guys list, but will also notice that on Lewis' list it shows that having them both is inefficient.

Harvey getting totally emasculated, the weird hookup of Mike and Rachel, Louis finally growing as a character and then betraying the British guy? I dunno... Louis did that because he assumed the British guy would do the same. He did feel bad when he found out he left him off his list.

So Jessica was initially thinking of putting Harvey's name at the door. But then Harvey made the wager. And part of the wager was if Harvey lost, his name does not get to be at the door? And what did Mike mean when he said in the bathroom: "But I got you what you wanted, your name at the door?". Was that part of the deal with Jessica??? Anyway...

Still, not sure how Mike would think losing the case would help Harvey get his name at the door.

Mikes understanding was probably that if they lose the original merger goes thru which means Harvey and Scotty get there names on the door as well.

He didn't know about Harvey's wager so thought he was helping Harvey get his name on the door instead of realizing Harvey made the wager. Harvey would always wager something big since that's just his character. The more the show goes on the more it seems like if Mike didn't have a good memory he would be nothing :< Mike wasnt doing it to help Harvey he was doing it because he wanted to stay out of jail and didnt think it was a big loss if they gave that one up. From Mikes perspective it was basically win the case and risk going to jail but you do what Harvey wants or lose the case and be safe and Harvey gets to settle for having his name be on the door.

We are talking about the line where Mike said he got what Harvey wanted too(His name on the door) then Harvey told him that he forfeit that as part of the wager. So he thought he was "helping Harvey" by humbling him and getting his name on the door at the same time.

Idk for you guys, but I think he only need one reason: stay out of jail. That would be my reasoning in that scenario. Helping Harvey vs Not Going To Jail.

Maybe its just the fact that Jessica annoys me so much, all though I didnt understand the whole "get the name on the door?" thing. How long is the companys name going to be? I also hate the fact that we didnt get to see more tits and ass! Cant wait untill Game of Thrones season 3 ![]() Its a Law Firm, its a pretty big deal to be a named partner. And yes Law Firms can have several names as their company name.

Nothing ULTRA exciting or anything, the two new British dudes are great, love em. Whoever was complaining about that the racism is taking it too personally. The guy fires Scottie for betraying him, then rehires in 2 sentences from Harvey? I doubt Harvey himself or Jessica would have done the same. That was the most exciting line of the finale for me. Scottie working here or in London? Damn she is gorgeous.
