It's obvious that SIU wanted to troll us, it was up to him though to find an intelligent reason for her to not recognise baam. He didn't. As for the koon-baam meeting, koon not realising what was happening was justified, since baam wasn't even visible and was using the light bearer's lighthouse to alter his voice. That was legit, the androssi stuff? Not so much.

Stop associating the 'Fast Skip' ability with Baam. Quant can do it. Love can do it. Both are low Rankers so I'm sure lots of other people can use 'Fast Skip.'It only seems like a rare ability in ToG because most of the combat takes place amongst regulars. But for any irregular, Princess, Slayer Candidate, such an ability is doable.

The same girl who met him face to face but alas, baam's hair got in the way, awww (((.

Starteed out with "this guy looks familiar" --> "this technique looks like Baam's" --> "Angry at being called fat" --> Shiny eyes behind her and scene cuts away, there's alot

Regulars are people who are climbing the tower, and right now we are seeing E-rank regulars.

I'm interested if Baam took the bullets from the guys he knocked out, they're either there to show us he's gotten some or there to show us that he doesn't care about the game.

From the picture, Baam just ignored the bullets ejected from the turtle guy and I doubt he is fully aware about the gun game. And about Androssi not recognizing Baam, do you really think it is great pacing to already reveal Baam's identity to her? Besides, Baam changed quite a bit physically, power-wise and with the association with FUG, a group which no one would expect Baam to join. And as people have stated before, the Paralyze technique is not exclusive to Baam, because he learned it from Quant, so Androssi may think it is just another powerful character.

I am pretty sure he took the bullets with him. They will probably come in handy after Anak's team get crushed by FUG. Baam will secretly save Anak / Hatsu / someone else. I am not shocked Androssi did not recognize Baam... after all, even I didnt realize right away that Viole = Baam, even though I knew Baam was alive ^^

In general I would say it was a terrible idea, which is why I was looking forward to it. I thought SIU had something particular in mind, but apparently he only had thought the most cliche turn of events. I simply expected more from him, as he didn't even had to confront Baam and Androssi in the first place. Why would he do such a thing if it's only to conclude that Baam is unrecognizable because of his... hair? On April 23 2013 21:40 zz_ wrote: I'm really confused as to why people think Androssi should've recognised Baam. He really doesn't look very similar to how the did in part 1, you have to remember there has been a gap of several years since Androssi last saw him, plus she thinks he's dead. Hell if even Koon, who was his best friend, didn't recognise him until he broke character (when they nearly died) I don't see why Androssi should have. Compare + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() Well, one of the differences here is that Androssi basically had Baam in her face while noting at the same time a similarity between the techniques displayed here and what she remembered of him. + Show Spoiler + Now, let's play a little game. Here's a man : ![]() It's Nicholas Cage right? Now guess who this is : ![]() I know, I know, it's hard.

With the Nicholas Cage thing, I think a better example would be if you saw someone who looked like Nicholas Cage with sunglasses on, on the walk to class. For me, no matter how much like Cage that person might look, my first reaction would never be "Oh, Nicholas Cage must be secretly taking classes at my University during his free time!". Especially because part of his face was obstructed by sunglasses, it would probably be more likely that it was just a lookalike. I assume that the rational disbelief would be even stronger if the person in question had been dead, making it even more unlikely that you saw them.
