On your Twitter, you say "laugh for no reason, be nice, learn lots". You may as well have summarized this show. I'm giving you this because in your 100th Daily, you said be passionate about what you love and to share that passion with others, knowing that they might one day be just as passionate about it as you are. I know it's weird, but on the back of the box I taped a little note with the details of that thread on TL. I know you've been going through a lot of stress lately, and this might also help you with that. I dare you to watch an episode of this show with an open mind and not leave with a smile on your face. Having watched your 100th daily, I appreciate mantears. Sadly, I haven't been able to cry in about 10 years, but this show is so heartwarming and moving at times, I've come damn close on multiple occasions. The brony community (that's what we call ourselves) is one of the nicest communities out there, much like the SC community, another reason why I think you should see what it's about. One example I have is someone in the TL thread was having a shitty day. One of those days that makes you want to flip a table, you know the ones. Anyway, he eventually decided to stop what he was doing and take a breather. Let me paint a picture for you. He went outside on a balcony in the moonlight, looking at the mountains, basking in the cool breeze. He put on his iPod and listened to a few songs that were created by the brony community on repeat. It made him think of how great and loving the community was. He ended up crying and recovering from his bad day right then and there. I could go on, but you're really busy and I've bothered you enough already. All I ask is that you read the note and take the gift seriously. This community has done so much for so many and has the potential to do more. Hopefully it brings some joy into your life. Eh... why would you make an entire speech? Can't you just say hey like your shows here's a gift or something? It comes across as pretty awkward | ||

It comes across as pretty awkward Convincing him to actually give the show a fair chance without saying much about it would not really work, given how controversial MLP seems like to anyone who's hearing about it for the first time (I wonder if Day[9] had any exposure to MLP-related stuff before, and if yes, how much; although it's safe to say that it's all over the internet and literally pretty much everything is getting ponified these days, it's still actually "completely new" to a lot of people, or they just don't think much of it when they randomly bump into some pony pictures). And even though it might've been awkward had it been anyone else, but Day[9] himself said that there's nothing cooler than being passionate about the things that you love. | ||

Anyway Sean should be able to recognize a passionate person when he hears one, so his speech will hopefully come across to him as a honest, very passionate speech rather than an annoying "in your face" mentioning of 100 reasons why he 'must' watch the show. | ||

Stream chat was particularly hilarious because there were a lot of really confused people who wouldn't believe the few of us who were trying to tell everyone that he wasn't trolling. | ||

The "you made me watch this on your stream" made me think he watched an episode or something. I do love pony songs! I'm working on converting a whole group of my friends, and the songs are one of my most powerful tools.  I think I've almost got them... | ||
