I suppose I can see the creators idea behind this but I don't really agree with it, nothing ever seemed to me like Fluttershy was unappreciated by her friends, just listen to her in season 2 episode 1 her friends just want her to be the best she can be.
Sure she isnt the centre of attention very much (still sometimes) but thats because that's not where she wants to be, even her own rabbit thinks she is a nuisance? as far as I can tell Angel bunny is just a plain old naughty bunny, he kinda gets the better of Spike too.

Edit: I should add that the artwork is lovely though, the JohnJoseco guy is really talented.

The comic actually did strike me as a bit overly emo rather than legitimately sad, but the artwork was superb.

Yeah the artwork is a request from before season 2: Linky Guess someone added their own text afterwards. I don't really think it's very typical of fluttershy either.

Bathing in tomato juice is actually the only way to fully remove skunk odor. Not even kidding here, I forget where I read it, but its apparently exceedingly nasty, and necessary if you get sprayed by skunks.
